BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ELIZABETH ... We are regular clients of the hotel El Delfin in playa bejuco ... usually everything was excellent, the previous times ... the staff were excellent ... but unfortunately this time we decided to stay at the hotel for just one reason ... My father-in-law was one of most victims of COVID-19 .. before he passed away he asked as his last wish that his ashes be spilled on Bejuco beach which was a place that he normally visited and lived his best moments ... 11 people decided to go .. closest to the family ... Our first bad experience with this girl named Elizabeth was a matter of confusion in which one of the rooms was rented only for one night .. since that room was rented for a couple of friends who resided in that same area and we asked them to stay with us in the hotel only that night ... Miss Elizabeth was upset to a point that she took an unethical or professional attitude when handling the situation .. Her attitude obliges us to pay the other extra night that according to her was talked about from the beginning. Normally from the first day of check in ... she asked not to sign the income sheet and she asked us to do it at the end .. she didn't even ask us to pay for the rooms .. why ??? WE DON'T KNOW ... I think that if it had been done as it is normally done, she would have had the support of how much we were going to stay and just by processing the payment for each room she would have knowledge of what there is and there is not ... . The thing is that just because of that inconvenience ... he kind of got upset ... There came a time when we decided to go to the beach with the whole family to enjoy and then take advantage of the trip ... when we returned ... to the rooms we They turned off the air conditioning in a malicious way. I personally spoke with the maintenance girls and they told me that they are not authorized to turn off air conditioners while the client is in the room, not necessarily physically, but just because they are the luggage... That means that there was a malicious hand in this ... THIS IS NOT ALL ... the last day ... we had to leave at 12 noon ... which we complied with ... the second situation was that instead She went to the front desk to process the payments for the rooms and extra expenses such as the bar and extra food ... I sent another girl who did not belong to that position ... ELIZABETH STAYED AT THE BAR ... I personally went to her and told her that unfortunately the family was not happy with the treatment, the attitude, and the UNPROFESSIONAL in which she handled the situation ... ELIZABETH'S ANSWER WAS “THAT SHE DOESN'T CARE BECAUSE SHE IS THE OWNER OF TWO BUSINESSES WHICH SHE DOESN'T DIE OF HUNGER ... "MY QUESTION TO HER WAS (SO IF SHE OWNED TWO BUSINESSES THEN WHAT DOES IT DO THERE ??) The thing was that the only thing she told me is that I I am a DEAD OF HUNGER .... The point is that if one is a client ... and we are paying for a service ... in which we are not demanding at all ... WHY DO WE RECEIVE POOR TREATMENT ... NOT PROFESSIONAL ... FROM A PERSON WHO IF I REALLY HAD STUDIES OR KNOWLEDGE IN HOSPITALITY THE THING WOULD HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT ... But as I repeat ... the hotel is excellent and the rest of the staff too Unfortunately the owner (s) are aware of the failures only by this means or this way. I CONFIRM THAT I TOLD MRS. ELIZABETH THAT WE WOULD RETURN TO THAT HOTEL ONLY KNOWING THAT SHE DOES NOT WORK THERE ANY MORE ... mostly because we have three girls where the oldest is barely 9 years old and they have to live and listen to a situation just because Mrs. ELIZABETH SAYS THAT SHE DOESN'T CARE BECAUSE SHE OWNED TWO BUSINESSES ... my question is ??? If she owns two businesses, how will she treat her clients directly ... and my other question is ??? If you own two businesses then what are you doing there...

Somos clientes regulares del hotel el Delfin en playa bejuco.. normalmente todo fue exelente, las veces anteriores.. el personal exelente... pero desgraciadamente esta vez decidimos quedarnos en el hotel con solo un único motivo... Mi suegro fue uno de las víctimas más del COVID-19.. el antes de fallecer pidió como su última voluntad que sus cenizas fueran derramadas en playa Bejuco el cual era un lugar que el normalmente visitaba y vivió sus mejores momentos... decidimos ir 11 personas .. los más cercanos a la familia ... Nuestra primer mal experiencia con esta muchacha de nombre Elizabeth fue un tema de confusión el cual una de las habitaciones fue rentada solo por una noche.. ya que esa habitación se rentó para una pareja de amigos residentes de esa misma área y pues les pedimos que se quedaran con nosotros en el hotel solo esa noche... la señorita Elizabeth se molesto a un punto que tomó una actitud no ética ni profesional al momento de manejar la situación.. Su actitud nos obligaba a pagar la otra noche extra que según ella se habló desde el principio. Normalmente desde el primer día de check in ... ella pidió no firmar la hoja de ingreso y ella misma solicitó que lo hiciéramos al final .. nisiquiera nos solicitó el pago de las habitaciones.. por que ??? NO SABEMOS... Pienso yo que si se hubiera hecho como normalmente se hace ella hubiera tenido el respaldo de cuanto nos íbamos a quedar y con solo el hecho de procesar el pago por cada habitación tuviera conocimiento de lo que hay y no hay ... la cosa es que solo por ese inconveniente... como que se molesto ... Llego un momento en que decidimos ir a la playa toda la familia a disfrutar y pues aprovechar el viaje ... cuando regresamos .. a las habitaciones nos apagaron el aire acondicionado de una forma de malicia.. yo personalmente hablé con las muchachas de mantenimiento y me dijeron que ellas no estan autorizadas a apagar aires acondicionados mientras el cliente esté en la habitación no necesariamente físicamente si no con solo el hecho de que esté el equipaje... Eso quiere decir que hubo mano maliciosa en esto ... ESTO NO ES TODO ... el ultimo día ... teníamos que salir a las 12 medio día ... el cual cumplimos con eso.. la segunda situación fue que en lugar de ir ella al front desk a procesar los pagos de las habitaciones y gastos extras tales como el bar y comida extra.. envío a otra muchacha la cual no pertenecía a ese puesto... ELIZABETH SE QUEDÓ EN EL BAR... yo personalmente fui donde ella y le dijo que desgraciadamente la familia no se fue contenta por el trato, la actitud, y lo NO PROFESIONAL en que ella manejó la situación ... LA RESPUESTA DE ELIZABETH FUA “ QUE A ELLA NO LE IMPORTA YA QUE ELLA ES DUEÑA DE DOS NEGOCIOS LOS CUALES ELLA NO SE MUERE DE HAMBRE... “ MI PREGUNTA HACIA ELLA FUE ( ENTONCES SI ES DUEÑA DE DOS NEGOCIOS ENTONCES QUE HACE AHÍ??) La cosa fue que lo único que me dijo es que yo soy un MUERTO DE HAMBRE.... El punto es que si uno es cliente ... y estamos pagando por un servicio .. en los cuales no somos exigentes para nada... POR QUE RECIBIMOS UN TRATO POBRE.. NO PROFESSIONAL.... POR PARTE DE UNA PERSONA QUE SI DE VERDAD TUVIERA ESTUDIOS O CONOCIMIENTOS EN HOTELERIA LA COSA HUBIERA SIDO DIFERENTE ... Pero a como repito ... el hotel es exelente y el resto del personal también Desgraciadamente el o los dueños se dan cuenta de los fallos únicamente por este medio o esta forma.. CONFIRMO QUE YO LE DIJE A LA SEÑORA ELIZABETH QUE REGRESARÍAMOS A ESE HOTEL SOLO SABIENDO QUE ELLA NO TRABAJA AHÍ MÁS... más que todo por que tenemos tres niñas en donde la mayor apenas tiene 9 años y ellas tienen que vivir y escuchar una situación solo por que la señora ELIZABETH DICE QUE NO LE IMPORTA POR QUE ELLA ES DUEÑA DE DOS NEGOCIOS... mi pregunta es ??? Has a small fridge, coffee maker, table lamps, several electric outlets, good towels, soaps can be better. Good shower pressure. The most spectacular part is the large balcony facing the ocean right in front, hear the waves.|The pool is very clean and warm. Beautiful gardens. I like and appreciate the fact that the hotel has beach chairs with umbrellas in the beach and the pool all the time. The service from the 2 young man was very good, specially Javier. The receipts woman not friendly, can improve. Internet service was not consistence during my stay, need to improve. Breakfast was good, nothing special, could add a small plate of fruit and juice. I had dinner, is was ok. One time I got morning coffee cold and like water. So for the kitchen department they really need to improve a lot. I feel secure. I was there to relax, peace and rest, I got it 100%. The beach is beautiful, not for swimming, danger. Jut to rest, watch and hear the waves and cool in the pool it is perfect.
