Amarent's Hotel — Hotel in San Juan

Not bad, but not what I'm used to for the price. There are definitely better hotels in the same price range. Not enough parking. The parking lot was actually dangerously small for the number of cars allowed to park there. The bed was comfortable, and the room was decently clean. I was surprised there was no ventilation, but the fan was nice, and the evenings are cool in San Ramon. The room felt a bit claustrophobic in the morning, though, with no windows... The soaps in the bathroom and shower dispensers smelled great. Get to breakfast right at 7 for fresh food. By the time we went at 8:30, the kitchen was dirty, and we opted for fruit only. Stayed a few nights last May and it was very good. The city center is an easy walk where you'll find restaurants, shops, and markets. Nice simple rooms with good wifi, and the breakfasts were really good....
