Hotel is located on a main road in Cartago. They have a private/gated parking garage, which you can enter and exit 24 hours a day. The front desk lady was very pleasant and helpful.
The rooms are basic but clean. We got a basic room with terrace view to the city of Cartago, which is awesome, both; at night and during the day too.
They give you a complimentary breakfast in the restaurant next door, but I do not recommend neither the food and especially not the service. The waiters are extremely rude. I guess they didn’t like the fact we had a complimentary breakfast because we ordered coffee and juice, twice and they didn’t bring it until the second time, with attitude included. We had a flat tortilla-like with ham and cheese (the menu said it was an omelette), which wasn’t bad per se, but did not have much flavor either.
