A beautiful, clean, and calm hotel overseen by a diligent and enterprising entrepreneur.

The pool is ~4.5' deep, long, warm, and offered us a few hours of relaxation. Several beautiful and cute water-beetles had invaded its waters, and I was delighted to enjoy watching them swim.

An adorable Miniature schnauzer patrols the property and I was very pleased when he approached the hammocks to request some attention and relax.

A beautiful, sleek, black cat stalks bugs amongst the fallen guavas before reclining in the shadows of well-tended flowers.

The room offers several textures and sizes of pillows - a foundational principle of any truly good room. These can be stacked properly so that a couple can recline in bed and enjoy a show, which ought to be considered the standard test for all beds and pillows.

Do not stray from the path in bare-feet. The sharpened gravel is terrifying, and knows nothing of fluvial erosion.

An easy 3-minute walk will carry the hungry to a local convenience store, which makes most of the standard offerings, with a gap in selection here and there. Upon our return the owner graciously offered up her well-supplied and spacious kitchen for our dinner.

From the minute we drove up we were greeted by the owner himself and we liked the place right away. We were only supposed to stay 1 night and we liked it so much that we ended up staying 5 nights. The food from breakfast to dinner is all organic and tastes amazing. The rooms are very clean and beautiful, very Central American with a beautiful touch of Germany. The hospitality here is great. Stephany is a fantastic host and a wonderful lady.|We stayed here for one night and enjoyed it so much that we messaged by Whatsapp to ask to stay another night after returning from Drake Bay.|Everything you could want is here, a comfortable room, a good breakfast and excellent conversation.
