Stayed one week in October.Single lady traveler. Very unwelcoming stuff at the reception.Lock wasn't working on the door.Had to leave the luggage in front of the door and go to reception to sort it out. Bad start. Dirty big spots on the floor.No basic amenities in the room like sewing kit, toiletries in the bathroom or pen and paper as should be expected from 4 star hotel. After breakfast was stopped and asked in front of other hotel guests to be told that mine breakfast wasn't included and they need my signature.After insisting that was there was, no apology from front desk lady Naomi even was her fault not bothering to check up properly in her system. Terrible arrogant attitude. Tv not working in the gym, also some exercising machines.Nobody bothers to check or repair. Tried restaurant in the hotel/Cortes club. It was totally empty ,courteous waiter.Food tasty.When I had asked for the bill was asked cash or card.I settled on card.After realising cash was left in the room told a waiter would prefer card. The new waiter appeared and hearing that the preferred method of payment was changed became angry and aggressive. Definitely not a four star hotel. Tried to get in touch/ email with reception manager who never bothered to respond to my request to meet up help to improve service in his hotel. Read moreThis hotel appeared very nice on the website. Reasonably priced. We booked a twin room but were given a double bed. Went to reception and were reluctantly given a twin room. No conversation at all! We then went to the new steak restaurant and we were charged €106 for two steaks which were approximatly 3 cm x 3cm and under cooked, 1 bowl of disgusting chips and 2 glasses of wine which was average. Bread that we didnt ask for. When asked was everything ok we said no the steak was not not cooked as we requested so the waiter offered to cook them again. We declined. There was no one in the restaurant except my friend and I. We moved to the bar and had two more drinks. The waiter hovered near us and glared at us for the entire time. I asked did he want us to leave and he said if we wanted to leave. ... We left and were escorted to the lift by the waiter. As two women travelling alone we felt extremely intimidated by this individual. All the other staff were nice throughout our stay but I would never go to this hotel again with the exorbitant prices of the restaurant and the intimidating behaviour of the waiter....

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ İsviçre’den Türkiye’ye yaptığımız yolculuk sırasında ailece 1 gece konakladığımız Zagreb Otel Aristos gerçekten mükemmeldi. Odalar son derece temiz ve ferah, yataklar ise oldukça konforluydu. Güler yüzlü karşılama ve misafirperver yaklaşımları bizi çok mutlu etti. Özellikle personelin yardımseverliği ve profesyonelliği sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik.
Gece yola çıkacağımızı söylediğimizde, bizim için özel olarak hazırladıkları “lunch box” ise ince düşüncenin ve misafirperverliğin harika bir örneğiydi. Özenle hazırlanmış sandviçler, tatlı, meyve ve içecek dahil her detay düşünülmüştü.
Otelin kapalı otoparkının bulunması da büyük bir avantajdı. Araçlarımız güvenli bir şekilde park halindeydi, bu da özellikle uzun yolculuk yapanlar için çok önemli. Ayrıca havaalanına yakınlığı ve otobana kolay ulaşımı sayesinde konumu da oldukça ideal.
Hem hizmet kalitesi hem de konfor açısından kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. Zagreb’e yolunuz düşerse gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Auf unserer Familienreise von der Schweiz in die Türkei haben wir eine Nacht im Hotel Aristos in Zagreb übernachtet – und es war wirklich hervorragend. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geräumig, die Betten sehr bequem. Der Empfang war herzlich und das gesamte Personal äusserst hilfsbereit und freundlich – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.
Da wir in der Nacht weiterfahren wollten, hat das Hotel uns sogar eine Lunchbox vorbereitet – eine sehr nette Geste! Die Box war mit leckeren Sandwiches, Dessert, frischem Obst und Getränken liebevoll zusammengestellt. Jedes Detail wurde bedacht.
Sehr praktisch war auch der überdachte Parkplatz, wo unser Auto sicher abgestellt war – ideal für Reisende mit viel Gepäck oder auf langer Strecke. Zudem ist das Hotel nah am Flughafen und hat eine sehr gute Anbindung zur Autobahn, was die Lage besonders attraktiv macht.
Wir können das Hotel Aristos absolut weiterempfehlen – sowohl in Bezug auf Komfort als auch auf Service. Wer durch Zagreb fährt, kann hier mit gutem Gewissen übernachten.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ During our family road trip from Switzerland to Turkey, we stayed one night at Hotel Aristos Zagreb, and it was truly excellent. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The warm welcome and hospitality from the staff made us feel very much at home. Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional.
Since we were planning to leave during the night, the staff thoughtfully prepared a special lunch box for us. It was such a kind gesture—carefully prepared with delicious sandwiches, desserts, fresh fruits, and drinks. Every detail was taken into consideration.
The hotel also offers indoor parking, which was a big plus. Our car was parked safely and conveniently, which is especially important for travelers on a long journey. Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to the airport and easy access to the highway make its location very practical.
