Hotel i restoran Mali raj — Hotel in City of Zagreb

Four adults stayed here for 5 days whilst visiting friends in this area of Zagreb, this is an excellent cheap cheerful hotel. Rooms were clean with fresh towels daily, wiffi was available throughout the hotel and rooms, The hotel is about 15 minutes away from Zagreb city centre however next to train station (5 mins walk), despite this we used taxi's and the bill was roughly £10.||The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent in quality and price, service was also very good.||The hotel was bust at he weekend with locals weddings christening etc which says a lot in itself,||I would and will stay here again when visiting friends in this...

The rooms are old but clean, not standard shape. My room was in the separate building with some stores. The view frommthe window was quite nice to the mountains. The reading lamp on my room did not work, I took it off and left to the table as a hint. There it was for 2 days, I did not get it changed. Because the language problems it was very digficult to order in their restaurant, even the breakfast. No menu in English or German, the waiters did not speak those either. |When we left the hotel in the early morning, nobody opened the door to the lobby even the lights were already on, we just left the keys to the window bench!...

I arrived to Mali Raj by car. I checked in at the restaurant and before going to the room had a nice lunch. Food was great. I was wondering what rooms would be like since they are really affordable. But the rooms were good, spacious, air conditioned, fresh towels and nice bathroom. Receptionist was helpful and staff at the restaurant also so I ate dinner there too. Surrounding is not the nicest but they have massive parking for guests. I mean this will not be the nicest hotel you will stay but for that price the value is really great and that is why I will give it 5 stars. Would for sure stay here again for a business...
