Hugo Apartments — Hotel in City of Zagreb

The apartment is decent overall, but there are a few drawbacks:

Surfaces and walls were not very clean and appeared blotchy. The mattresses and covers were also no longer completely white.

The kitchen is not fully equipped. Essential items like garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, kitchen towels/rags, and a squeegee for the bathroom are missing. A broom for general cleaning would also be helpful.

Also, many door handles and locks feel loose, which could use some fixing.

Mybe we have misread something, but not every bedroom has a dedicated bathroom. Both bedrooms share a main bathroom, and there is another bathroom near the entrance, but it does not include a shower.

I'd say the apartment feels more like a large hotel room than a fully functional apartment. It lacks some of the essentials needed to stay comfortably for a few days without worrying about...

A total lack of respect from the owner. We planned our arrival at the location based on check-in after 9 hours of driving and at the time of arrival we are told without any embarrassment that we can only be accommodated after 4 hours. A few minutes later, our accommodation is canceled by the owner without offering an alternative accommodation. Очень хороший отель, с отличным расположением! В нашем номере был диван-кровать и также одна большая, длинная кровать. Кроме места для ночевки, тут так же была кухня, с духовкой, плитой, посудомоечной машинкой, холодильником и в общем всем нужным. (Так же тут была вся посуда которая могла пригодится). Так же тут была стиральная машинка, что очень могло бы приходится, если бы кто то захотел остаться в отеле подольше. Рядом с отелем есть сеть магазинов. В нашем номере была большая плазма, в которой есть ютуб, и другие приложения, где можно было бы посмотреть фильмы, программы и тому подобное. У нас также был балкон, и если кто то из приезжих курит, то это может быть плюсом. Так же тут есть кондиционер. В общем и целом номер выглядит очень презентабельно. В небольшом номере на 39 метров квадратных, есть все самое необходимое, при чем все это было сделано в очень красивом, современном стиле. Так же в номере было огромное количество полотенец, за что огромный респект к хозяину гостиницы. Единственное, что нас смутило как владельцев Skoda Kodiaq — очень-очень узкий заезд на парковку.
