I will start from the beginning. We arrived at 11 PM and were greeted by a young man at the reception who wasn’t very friendly. He simply handed us the room key without offering any additional details — where the restaurant is, what time breakfast is served, what other facilities are available — nothing of the sort. It’s true that all these details are mentioned in the room, but considering it’s a 4-star hotel, and such a beautiful one, a bit more professionalism from the staff wouldn’t hurt. I’m writing this message not with the intention of harming anyone, but to point out some irregularities. His colleague at the reception, as well as the gentleman also working there, were both very friendly, warm, and helpful. From the moment we checked in, we could tell by his attitude that he couldn’t be just a regular employee — more likely a relative of the owner, which turned out to be true. All the more reason to act professionally, especially when you work in the hospitality industry and you’re the only one there showing a complete lack of professionalism! Many thanks to the bar staff, the cleaning team, and those who prepare breakfast — the food was very good, even if not extremely varied, it was always fresh. Congratulations on the omelet! The young lady at reception is an absolute sweetheart, a true professional — an employee to be proud of! The hotel is 20 minutes away from Dubrovnik by car. The road to Dubrovnik is the most beautiful we’ve ever driven — we’re traveling with our personal car. The pool is excellent in every way! I would recommend this hotel anytime, without hesitation, but please do something about the attitude of the wrong kind of people — it’s a shame to let that ruin a place with so much potential. *** Update: Out of respect for the beautiful vacation, but also for your father who is such a modest gentleman, I will not say more, I will only provide proof both from Waze where when you called us to ask when we would arrive, I told you we would arrive in a few minutes, but also the proof of the car app, which shows that the arrival time is 10:18 PM, we arrived even earlier than 11 PM. Never make a lying guest again, it is the most despicable thing you can do in this industry, especially when you know you are wrong and it can be proven. Please find attached the pictures:

*note this was written by the husband, and edited by the wife 6times: Myself and my wife stayed here for 4 nights in June 2024. We booked the superior suite 2 bedroom apartment with balcony, hottub and decking area. The hotel staff are friendly and room is clean. And we had a good breakfast (there was one chap who I wish he got his name as he was amazing in feeding the hangry wife!) We paid >£400 per night for our stay Which is in the region of 5*+ hotels in the area. We did have a few issues with our room such as no secondary/additional lock on the entrance door and there was a wasp & mosquito nest in the decking/hottub area rending it not useable. Lastly the rooms air conditioning was not sufficient to keep the room below 25’C without closing all curtains and blinds. However the staff were great and did what they could to accommodate us! All in all, we did enjoy our stay but feel the room is a little overpriced but would consider staying again.

Perhaps the most architecturally astounding boutique hotel you can ever stay in, straight from Netflix’s THE WORLD'S MOST EXTRAORDINARY HOMES. With endless pool vista so gorgeous you do not want to move a muscle, well…maybe just enough to lift a drink, this peaceful, hill-slope hotel is pristinely clean, comfortable, beautiful, and just new (put in service this past June). It has plenty of parking, includes breakfast, is family run so you know they care. My family and friends were extremely happy with this choice for our Croatia trip and would not hesitate to do it all over and over and over again.

Awesome looking hotel, everything well designed and you can see its not to just fill up square meters but everything was well thought and designed.

Rooms are amazing and spacious. I was in comfort one with my girlfriend and it has more then enough space. Room has nice balcony with stunning view, nice chairs and desk. Bathroom was spacious as well, good design and spacious. One specificly nice thing is you can see the sea while showering because of glass “wall”. Mini shampoo and stuff are Rituals brand. Beds are comfy and you get 2 pillows per person.

Other spaces are also well designed, like spa area which feelsl like true spa chamber, free to use clean towels at every corner. Mini gym is also there for workout. Inner pool is on smaller side but it was great place to chill with great design/view above the pool. Outter pool is amazing. Free and comfy things you can lay on with soft cushion. Only thing that plants are blocking the panoramic view of the sea.

Parking - is ok, plenty of room to park the car. This is higly needed as I suggest if you choosing this hotel due to location you will need a car to visit things around. There is no garage and majority of spots is in direct sunlight and on non-asphalted area.

Food - Breakfast is just horrible, by far worst mechanism and menu. Plenty of room for improvement there. Menus are confusing and its like buffet but you need to order everything through staff. Breakfast area tho is amazing and eating on terrace is great. Same goes for dinner, which I would say is overpriced given the value and service.

Staff - very friendly and nice but lacks some training for 4 stars hotel. Guy who welcomed us was great and he was there first day very nice and proffesional while other days that was not the case.

Room for improvements: Breakfast, Minor Staff Training, minor things that needs to get fixed around the hotel (partly working big shower in spa area, top showerhead in bathroom etc)

Easter egg: you can see from spa chamber through glass directly into outter pool (but beloe surface)

Conclusion: Great hotel overall, brand new and amazing. Some stuff can be improved which are minor things in general. Car is mandatory to be able to navigate around. Value for price might be better but thats...

Can you afford the risk of a bad experience on your vacation? It is possible that your stay at Osmolis goes perfectly. But if it doesn't, here is what you can expect: the puffed up young man who claims to be the owner will first tell you that the problem is only in your imagination; then he may blame the problem on you (you don't know how to use the room, or you broke what is broken, etc.), then he will raise his voice, and if you still insist on service he may threaten to call the police. What???? I think his grandfather, who actually owns the hotel, should give his grandson a good spanking and teach him some manners. He should not have anything to do with the hospitality business. Look for the other 1 star reviews before booking.||||Other than that, the major problems: air conditioning did not work at all. The rooms are not secure; there is no secondary interior mechanism to keep the door from opening. The rooms are modern looking but it is actually a very small hotel and you can hear everything going on in the pool, other rooms, and the lobby at the opposite end of the hotel. And half the wall to the bathroom is see through glass; fine for a couple maybe, but be aware if you care about your...
