We rocked up late (Thanks EasyJet). Andjelka met us and made us feel very welcome and at home. Chocolates on the table with a lovely selection of locally grown fruit (OMG the figs) beer and her family local wine in the fridge. The apartment is basic but pretty much perfect for what we needed. The swimming pool and views from the terrace are out of this world. I do not have enough superlative’s for the host Andjelka, she is the best host that I have ever had, after the first night we mentioned that the light outside was coming into the room at night, she came flew. With an eye mask for my girlfriend, we mentioned that the figs in the welcoming fruit bowl were to die for, so every other day a punnet of figs would be waiting for us when we woke up. Bugs WIFI went a bit dodgy while we were there, Andjelka went into town and bought a 150GB data SIM card and gave it to us. I managed to smash a bottle of Croatian olive oil that I bought to take home on the morning of leaving and advised that we had cleaned it up, but left the bag with glass and oil on the grassed area at the top of the house, 15 minutes later Andjelka knocked on the door with a bottle of her family olive oil to take home. I have not been looked after so much since I was a child growing up, we were made to feel like we were part of the family and nothing was too much trouble. Looking at the other reviews, we were not special this is how everyone is treated!! We were in the small apartment at the bottom of the stairs, the air con made some noise every 1/2 hour or so and the light out side came into the room due to the glass doored windows are the only minor grumbles, pretty petty and the only slightly negative things to say!

1. The location is just outside Dubrovnik but Dubrovnik is easy to reach in 10 minutes. Beautiful view at the sea and the islands. 2. A swimming Pool not a very big one but big enough to take a swim. 3. The best of all.. The family that runs the house, we were welcomed so friendly and there was White wine from their own vineyard. There was also beer. Andelka has many tips how to park in Dubrovnik we parked even free thanks to her. On sunday she drove us to the center in the morning and in the evening she picked us up. What a service incredible. We even got some red wine and chocolate for our wedding anniversary. She likes to.make contact so if you are there she is willing to help you, she speaks good English

Stunning views (the sea and mountains), great pool, chairs and umbrella. There is also a small beach beautiful nearby if you wish to see them too. But the best thing was definitely the host as she really was amazing. For example, she helped us with everything, even drove us to the city and back from the city. Gave us all the info. This kindness made us feel welcomed! 5/5 would recommend.
