Hotel Castellum — Hotel in Grad Čakovec

Although the reason for my trip was business, I couldn't imagine such an experience! Lovely hotel, perfectly decorated and with staff that is unobtrusive however always there and always knowing what you need and wish for. ||Superb rooms with all amenities, very clean and well furbished, clean and cozy hotel with excellent bar that has premium organic Segafredo coffee, variety of beers and well stocked liquor shelf. Breakfast buffet is well thought out and well stocked. ||They organized us tour in local craft brewery Lepi dečki as well as team building with Accredo and dinner at Garden restaurant. Everything went smooth and was organized above our expectations. Just stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a very satisfactory stay. The rooms are spacious, as were the shower stall in the toilet which made for a fabulous shower experience. The highlight from my stay was without doubt, experiencing the genuine hospitality and warmth of the hotel’s manager Diana and her team of very well trained and hospitable staff - including the likes of Martina, Christina, Martha, etc. As the hotel’s restaurant does not serve any meals beyond breakfast - finding food to eat was for me in the evenings posed a bit of an issue ( and perhaps the only downside to this hotel ) but Diana and Christina would assist me in getting food ordered in from outside and that solved the issue.

Very nice experience to stay here ! Room is clean and quiet in general. Breakfast had a good range of food and always serve earlier than their schedule, it is very flexible. Staffs are Really friendly and caring. I was leaving in very early morning and staff just back to work, then he rush to kitchen prepare a breakfast box for me.
