Hotel Hygge — Hotel in Grad Biograd na Moru

It was amazing. The owners are so wonderful, kind and nice. I got a little sick and they even took care of me. Willing to speed up the room cleaning and helping us in any way.

Also the rooms are so cosy and cute. The beds are really comfi and everything is clean. We had two different rooms and they were both nice.

The breakfast is delicious. Good fruits, good coffee, amazing petite croissants, scrambled eggs a d sausages, cheeses, well a lot of choice.

Also its so close from the beach. A 5 min walk. Beautiful neigborhood with Vilas.

My wife made a reservation and said that we will come with 1 year old child and we have to put a crib somewhere. When we came, they said that they have dinner from 18 to 20 hours, but they have german gests so it is best that we eat at 18, we said no our child has dinner every day at 19. Then the room was like this one on thr pictures one hallway from entery to the balcony. We caled the owner about the problem that we can't put crib anywhere (the closets are screwed in wall) and he said he will come in about an hour. He didn't after 2 hours of waiting in that 6 square...

Don't bother with this hotel. They took our money via Expedia which promised an easy check in at any time but when it came to it the hotel was closed/locked, completely dark, non-working door bell, 2 phone numbers which we were displayed on Main entrance only answered with voice Mail and never got back to us, not even the next day. Expedia's contact number is also not working 24/7. Useless!!! At 22:30 pm Sunday night we had to look for accommodation. Luckily, we had a car and found somewhere nice. Thanks,...
