Hotel Kaštel — Hotel in Grad Crikvenica

The environment, the placement great. The building from outside is beauty. The staff are frendly and nice. Rooms are out-of-date. When we were here the outside temperature was 10 celsius. The windows are not closing well and the cold air blowing into the room. We were cold. The heating not working (they can not turn on). The steps on the floor is noisy and can not close any door silently. Sound-proofing: nothing. We hear everything that happend on the corridor. The beds were very unconfortable for us. Nagyon rossz szálloda, borzalmas szolgáltatás. Több recepciós közül csak 2 beszélt jól angolul, úgy hogy van felsőfokú angol nyelvvizsgám. Mínuszok: -nem takarítottak 1 hétig, nagyon koszosak szobák!! -többször a földre dobtuk a törölközőt és a recepción is kértünk, de nem kaptunk újat. Utolsó előtti napon a nagy törölközőt kicsire cserélték ki, amivel nehéz volt a fürdés utána. -kaja az első fél óra után megfogyatkozik és csak 1-2 választási lehetőség lesz a főételek közül. -30+ fok van és nincs légkondi, minihűtő. Még extra pénzért sem tudtak adni. -nem működött a tv. Pozitívum: +a pincérek szerintem kedvesek voltak, kifejezettem hamar összeszedték a "koszosat". +közel van a központhoz English: This Hotel is horrible, with pretty bad service. Only 2 of the receptionists speak english out of i dont know how many. Bad: -the rooms are dirty, they didnt clean them for the 1 week we were there. I asked for new towels but they just folded the old ones back on the bed. On the second to last day they changed the big towels to small ones. After that, showering was miserable. -the food selection after 30 mins is pretty bad. There are only 1-2 choices. -its 30+ degrees celcius and there is no ac or mini fridge, not even for extra money. -no tv service Good: +the waiters were nice and pretty...

Don’t let the pictures fool you as it did me. The dining room does not look like that! The food is horrible, inedible! The ‘superior’ room isn’t so they moved us and that room was the same, terrible. Mold on bottom of shower curtain. NO AC!! Hot water comes and goes. Bed is either lumpy and too soft or too hard. No flowers in room or anything the pictures showed. No free parking what a lie.
