Hotel Millenium deluxe — Hotel in Grad Crikvenica

This place is absolutely amazing. We have spent a week in the hotel together with my wife and our 2 year old daughter. Among the superlatives, we can name: The rooms!! The views out of the big windows are splendid, waking up, looking at the sunset, or just enjoying them during the day was a vacation itself. The rooms are also modern and clean. The beaches and the pool. Having a small daughter, it was important that we are close to the beach and can go hide from the sun during noon hours. There are several smaller beaches just a few steps from the hotel and the pools are also great, for kids as well as for adults. Not even too crowded during the busy (August) season. The staff was very friendly and helpful, it seemed like any time we need something, they are available and will help you not just with the accommodation, but also suggestions about places around. The breakfast. Beatiful start to the day with good food, friendly staff and the air from the sea in front of you. and SELCE. Nice city right next to Crikvenica (we took a 25 min. walk there as well), which is a little bit smaller, yet provides good reastaurants, markets and playgrounds for the kids. Your Hotel Milenijum in Selce left a wonderful impression on us! All praise goes to the extremely kind and professional staff who welcomed us with a smile and were available throughout our entire stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, tidy, and very comfortable the room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. The hotel's location is peaceful, yet close to the sea and all important amenities.

We must especially emphasize that we have never encountered friendlier or more courteous staff, both in the hotel and in the restaurant. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent fresh, delicious, and varied, accompanied by outstanding service.

However, we were disappointed that I was not allowed to swim in the pool because I was wearing a modest swimsuit that covers the body. We hope the hotel will reconsider this policy in the future to be more inclusive and respectful of different cultural and...

Rezervirali smo smještaj za jedno noćenje (subota, nedjelja). Došli tamo i sve super dok nam nisu rekli da naplaćuju vlastiti parking svojim gostima. To mi je zvučalo kao da je netko drugi trebao doći umjesto nas pa mu mi zauzimamo mjesto i onda nam moraju naplatiti parking, ali dobro, tako piše na internetu prilikom rezervacije mi nismo čitali i sami smo si krivi. Taj isti parking naplaćuju 20 eura na dan kao da smo bili u centru Dubrovnika, a ne u Selcu. Napomena, parking je njihov nije nikakva vanjska firma vlasnik pa da oni nemaju veze s tim. Gospodin koji nas je dočekao je bio jako ljubazan i pristupačan sve nam je objasnio i smjestio nas u sobu čak i prije nego je trebalo. Gospođa na recepciji također je bila ljubazna i susretljiva. Međutim kad smo ušli u sobu osjetio se smrad iz odvoda, ne jako, ali osjetno. Nismo htjeli ništa govoriti jer smo mislili idemo se odmah kupati pa kad se vratimo valjda će prestati. Također klima, ušli smo u sobu bilo je vruće, ali ne toliko da se ne može biti unutra nego kao da je radila ventilacija samo, a ne klima koja je po njima bila namještena na hlađenje i na 16°C. Otišli smo se kupati nije nas bilo cca 5 sati. Kad smo se vratili u sobu i dalje se osjetio smrad iz kupaonice, a klima/ventilacija nije ništa rashladila sobu, tada je već bilo oko 18:00h, 19:00h (soba ima velike staklene stijene na kojima su bile zavjese i zastori koji su sprječavali prodor sunca u sobu) pa da je klima i radila morala je barem malo rashladiti sobu. Krenuli smo na večeru i napomenuli gđi na recepciji kako imamo problema s klimom pa je ona pošla s nama do sobe i "upalila" klimu te rekla da bi kad se vratimo trebalo biti hladno u sobi. Međutim kad smo se vratili u sobu oko 22:00h ista stvar kao prije. Na to smo pozvali spomenutog gospodina s početka priče koji je također došao do sobe i ponovno "upalio" klimu i usput počastio pivom hotela Millenium i hvala mu, ali ni to nije pomoglo. Zapravo je u svemu pomogao pad vanjske temperature. Uspjeli smo zaspati i naspavali smo se jer je s obzirom na pad vanjske temperature valjda i klima proradila. Inače sve super, check in, pristupačnost osoblja, čistoća sobe, okoliša i hotelskog bazena, a i hrana za doručak je bila obilna. Jedino što nam je smetalo je to s klimom i ne toliko taj smrad iz kupaonice koliko naplata parkinga 20...
