Motel "Tri lovca" — Hotel in Grad Knin

😊: The location was good, beds were OK, and the shower had good pressure with hot water. The staff allowed us to store some food items in their kitchen refrigerator, since the room itself had no fridge. Those were the only good things about our stay.. 😢: We wanted only a single night of rest during our long car drive, so we did not expect any luxury from this place. Nevertheless, the place still managed to disappoint. When we arrived in the room, there was a dirty coffee cup sitting on the table. The breakfast was only eggs and bread with different spreads. Only tea and coffee were included; for the kids, there were no juices available, so we had to pay extra for that. The TV did not work and the receptionist was unable to solve the problem. The air conditioner made a constant clicking noise that made sleep difficult for the children. The churchyard and church across the street were pretty, but the loud bells early in the morning were not helpful for sleep. Didn't sleep here, just visited the restaurant because it was on our route. The grilling looks impressive though. Ordered grilled lamb, which turned out to be cold and full of bones, probably from the day before. No sides were served, just bread. Still felt hungry when leaving the place, after paying € 35 for a pack of bones and a little meat. For my visit, I'll rate it a tourist trap. It always depends on what on expects, but I find this place a great gain for value. I stayed for one night in late May. Room prices were low. Yes, my room was very close to the neon light and traffic lights but it was large, clean, neat and everything was working properly. The breakfast was rich, service was fast. Roasting the lamb and pork started around 8 a.m. so one could be sure to get freshly prepared meat for lunch....
