Super séjour! Propre, reposant et très bien situé. Paulina est toujours de bon conseil pour découvrir l'île et l'excursion en bateau d'Antonio est un must-do!! Réservation simple depuis leur site internet. Allez y les yeux fermés!

This is a long review - but please read it!

If you’re planning to go to Croatia to spend a relaxing holiday, with amazing beaches, a beautiful main town with some very nice restaurants and the freedom to do day trips to the main land or other islands, then Korcula is the place to be. If you want to top all of this with a very nice room and the best hosts you will ever meet (seriously, they are unbeatable), then you should definitely stay at Korcula Waterfront Accomodation. Let me tell you why! At first there is the room - we stayed in the room with views of the waterfront. The bed is very good (most beds in Croatia seem to be very hard, this one is much softer), the bathroom is convenient with a good shower. The airco worked great, in 10 minutes the whole room is cooled. The room is spotlessly clean and necessary amenities such as plates, a hairdryer and a water boiler are provided.

But then there are the hosts, Paulina and Antonio. When I read reviews about hosts who people find amazing, I don’t put much attention to it as it especially is the room I’m interested in. But now I’ve experienced what a difference the hosts can make. Paulina and Antonio provide unseen added value to your holiday. From the start, they help you with your bags and sit with you for a welcome drink. Paulina immediately provides extensive information about which places and restaurants to go to and which ones to avoid. She calls to make reservations at restaurants and even at the hairdresser for you, I mean, who else does that! Basically, Paulina planned our holiday in Korcula and we absolutely loved it. We told her what we wanted to do and she and Antonio suggested where to go when and what else we could do. We initially planned to stay 5 nights in Korcula. We ended up staying 9 nights and our hosts had a lot to do with that. We explored beautiful beaches in Korcula, Paulina lended us a free umbrella and a cool box each day. From Korcula we took the ferry to Hvar and Mljet (you can get a free transfer to the ferry if you like) and you could easily also go to Dubrovnik or Split. We also did a boat trip with Antonio, who is a captain. This day on the boat with him was the best one of our holiday! We got to go to different little islands (one had tame deer), we got to eat sea urchin which Antonio dived up for us, we snorkled at beautiful places and we got to hold a squid!! So if you’re doubting about taking this boat trip, just do it. You won’t regret it!

In fact, just cancel all your plans and book your holiday at Paulina’s and Antonio’s place. They will give you a true holiday feeling on a beautiful island. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Croatia. Thanks for everything guys, you are...

After spending six nights in the Korcula Waterfront Holiday Home (located a brief 5 minute walk to old town), I can honestly say no better hosts or holiday home exist in Korcula. ||Separate from the Waterfront Accommodations that Paulina and Antonio operate a little further out of town, the Waterfront Holiday Home provided the perfect accommodations for our family of 5. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, we had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy all that Korcula has to offer. The property's located on the main road in town, with the front door less than 5 meters from the water. As it was Paulina's family's home, the condition of the home is immaculate and of incredibly high quality. While the home offers robust A/C in the family room, the breezes at night and fans in the rooms were sufficient to keep us cool. ||Easily the the hardest working people on the entire island, Paulina and Antonio made our stay an absolute delight. Not only did they transport us from the ferry to the property (and back when we departed), they would drive us to dinners when available and provided a wealth of local information on things to do on the island; definitely plan your visit such that you hit the Fisherman's Dinner in Lumbarda on Friday nights. Best €15 swordfish dinner around. ||Communication with Paulina was a breeze as she checked in frequently and provided recommendations on which shops to visit, which ATM machines to use, etc. As Antonio is a former chef, they had fantastic restaurant recommendations in the Old Town and outside the city. Paulina kindly made dinner reservations for us most nights (highly recommended in the high season) and ensured each restaurant took great care of us. Not once did she lead us astray.||The highlight of our stay, though, was our two, day long, boat charters with Antonio. Gifted his first boat by his father at the age of 5, you'll be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable and safer boat captain. With Antonio, we visited Badija island (to see the monastery and feed the deer), snorkeled some beautiful reefs, played with an octopus or two, snorkeled a shipwreck, visited ancient Roman ruins, saw Roman quarries and indulged in some lovely meals on the water. Antonio's passion for the area and love of the water was contagious. Even if you don't stay with Paulina and Antonio at one of their properties, make a point to charter their boat for the day.||Finally, the best perk of chartering their boat was seeing Chopper, their beautiful dog. Even though he's a little on the older side, he was always thrilled to greet us and made us feel at home. ||Thanks for an absolutely...

Five of us - three 50-somethings, a sun-worshipping 22 year old and a history-loving teen - have just returned from a wonderful 8-day stay in these two spotless little waterside apartments. ||We could each write long screeds on individual highlights, but for me, the stand-out factor was the care taken by Paulina and Antonio to ensure we had the best possible time. Informed advice on restaurants? On specialities? On beaches? Tick. Tick. Tick. We felt we had a concierge/guide we could trust completely: she knows the island inside out.||Korcula isn't particularly cheap (expect 50 euro per head for three course dinner with wine), but not only did Paulina give us a lift to the supermarket on day one for essentials, she booked a range of good restaurants for us, she knew when all the interesting evening events were happening - fisherman's Friday fair, St Theodore's day procession - and was great at persuading bars/restos to extend happy hour to suit our timetable. ||Most generously of all, she drove my husband on a 90 min round trip to the centre of the island to consult a doctor re an eye-infection, translated for him and absolutely refused our attempt to pay her, saying only "Hey, I wasn't busy that day..." ||We took two whole-day boat trips skippered by Antonio, who amazed us by finding a small octopus that indignantly puffed clouds of blank ink at him. He also found a bright orange starfish, introduced us to the joys of sea-urchins, and showed us how to fish from the back of the boat with breadcrumbs on hooks. On our second day out, we snorkelled around the wreck of a sunken cargo ship and explored an island famous for its stone quarry. On both days, we ate like kings at excellent shore-side restaurants. ||I have since chatted to various Croatia old hands, who were astonished at what we packed in to a week, and the hidden treasures we encountered. I would love to return at a cooler time of year & cycle/explore more, guided/advised by the same team. Korcula is an intriguing and beautiful place, and Paulina/Antonio are great at inspiring enthusiasm...
