Puntin Apartments, Kneža, Korčula — Hotel in Grad Korčula

Read this before you book, my copy of AirBNB review:

Both Mirica and Antun have temper issues. First they did not communicate all they house rules to us and then when I walked in into apartment without washing off sea salt , Antun first yelled at my wife who was quietly sitting and working in front of computer and then he yelled and screamed at me threatening to kick us out immediately. After he was done screaming he simple turned away and left. Did not even bothered to hear back from us. On the check out both Mirica and Antun lost their temper again. We have vacated apartment at 10:06, 6 minutes late. They both have exploded, yelling and telling me and my wife that they won't have enough time to clean. They then continued on telling me that apartment was dirty, especially pointing out glass with flowers that I have left behind unwashed.

Few other small facts: The walls in the house are really thin so you will hear all that is going on inside. Aircon has malfunctioned, and it is not powerful enough to keep apartment cool.

The walls are super thin. My daughter goes to sleep early and it was big problem for us because a lot of noise from upstairs.

There was only one air condition ( and it was not allowed to have it lower than 24 degrees), it was very hot inside the appartment.

Lovely apartment with 2 shower rooms, well equipped kitchen and your own small private bay with sun loungers. Incredible beach nearby for paddle boarding and swimming.
