Villas Rosa dei Venti — Hotel in Grad Labin

YES YES YES! This property has it all and we literally cannot find a single thing which we did not like. Both Villas are similar and have each 4 completely separate rooms plus one room in each Villa on the upper floor with a kind of walk through room with a sofa, where 2 people can sleep - perfect for 4-head-family. Everything was super clean and during our stay somebody took care of either the pool or jacuzzi, sonit stayed clean.

The inside and outside is truly perfectly designed, it seems cottage alike, but is actually new and well thought through. Each detail fits in the whole look with all its „imperfections“. The owners designed it themselves and you can literally feel how much energy, love and effort they have put into it.

Of course the best feature is the seaview and the pool area! The absolute silence around and connection to the nature was breathtaking on every level. You can truly rest there. There are plenty olive trees and other plants around, perfect to just walk around and enjoy nature.

Lots of additional features like nespresso, ice maker, 2 washing machines, jacuzzi. Very good wifi and both Villas are well equipped with plates, glasses, cooking stuff - anything you need.

If you are looking for a 5* Mediterranean paradise, this is the place for you! Located in a very unique position on top of the hill, away from the bustle of the village of Rabac, this villa enjoys amazing 360’ views of the most northern Croatian islands and the fjords and bays of the East coast of Istria. Its position is secluded, and this offers privacy and quiet when needed. It is however only a 10’ stroll down the hill to Rabac, and it’s many beaches, restaurants and water sports. It is located on a large plot, with no overlooking from any of its neighbours. The villa itself has been beautifully planned and crafted over many years of self build by its owners. The interiors and modern, yet warm and welcoming. The exterior is to die for - there are many beautiful gardens surrounding the villa, with hundreds of olive trees planted by the owner. If you are into mountain - biking or hiking, just outside of the villa is a biking trail, which connects to several other biking trails in the area. The Rabac area is a paradise for mountain biking! The villa has a breath taking infinity swimming pool - the views are just gorgeous!
