Hotel Narona — Hotel in Grad Metković

I would like to say thank you to all people, who is working on the hotel, especially to the owner. There are so much kind and professional people are working there! I like the service, what is really basics on the individual approach to guests. In the same time the hotel is cozy, so you may feel like at home💛 If you like tasty food, there is something in Narona for you also. All the dishes were so much delicious! I was a member of the group who had a reservation in this hotel for whole group. After we arrived to Metkovič staff members on the reception told us that there is not enough room for us. They transfered some of our members to another hotels which are owned by the same owner as this hotel. Hotel owner behaved like this is normal situation and didnt say a word to apologize to any of us. Staff looked ashamed but this overbooking is not acceptable at all, and is very unprofessional.
