The rooms were okay – much space and with two balconys – but both air conditioning in the bedrooms were not working, which made sleeping uncomfortable. They also charge you a fee if you don’t take out your own trash. We were given dirty bed sheets full of stains and holes. When I went to ask for clean ones, the young man at the reception acted like he didn’t believe me – until I showed him photos. And the replacement sheets he gave us? Also stained. You only get one key for a group of four, which is totally impractical. When we asked what to do if we came back separately at night, this same guy told us, “Just don’t lock the door – nobody’s going to come in anyway.” That’s a completely irresponsible thing to say, especially since the reception is left completely unattended most of the time. Anyone could have just walked in from the street! Later, when two of us left and we stayed in the room with the door locked (as you’d expect when sleeping), the guy promised to unlock the door for them at night. He told us to make sure the key wasn’t left in the lock – which we didn’t do. But when he tried to open the door, he only used one of the two keys on the keyring – the wrong one – and blamed us for supposedly leaving the key inside the lock, which was absolutely not true!! Then he told our friends “Good luck!” and just walked away, leaving them stuck in the hallway in the middle of the night. Is this the way to treat other people? Especially then it is your mistake? This guy was by far the worst part of the entire stay – rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. We have no idea why he treated us this way – we were always polite...

Was generally ok, however some things to note before choosing to book this place:

Good: Pool is lovely with high end pool beds and shading. Location is decent. Quick walk to town and not too far to walk to bus station

Bad: You are immediately warned about how you must clean the apartment yourself at departure. Not just tidy, but clean. Mop and bucket are in room for you to clean floors. Trash must be taken out. All kitchen cleaned etc. There are no toiletries provided and if you must buy any exrra toilet rolls yourself.

Bed was terrible, was like a camp bed only worse. The pillows were the worst, they were like just rolled up sheets inside the pillow case.

They are very strict on adults making any kind of noise during the night but completely fine with screaming kids all day long. If you are going to stay I would advise not accepting a room on lower floors and facing pool.

The service was not with a smile at all! Usually you got a look of why are you bothering me and why asking so many questions.

Finally, they cancelled our booking.com booking as soon as we'd checked in. This we assume either to try to not pay a fee or to prevent an...

Terrible experience. When we first arrived, we were told there was a €50 deposit per person, then later told it was €100. We never received a receipt for this, and when it came time to check out, they refused to return the deposit and walked away without any explanation.

The woman managing the apartment was rude, unprofessional, and appeared to be under the influence of drugs. We were harassed, ignored by staff, and falsely accused of damaging a couch that was already broken when we got there, luckily we had photo proof.

To top it off, they ran off and left us waiting in reception while we were trying to check out and catch a flight. They dragged the entire process out and were completely unhelpful. It was like they wanted to drag it out so we could walk away, leaving the deposit as they knew we had to go. They were laughing and cracking jokes about the situation.

Avoid this place. If you do stay, make sure to get everything in writing and ask a receipt for any deposit. Make sure you also take photos when you get there to cover yourself. Do...

A very bad experience, DO NOT GO here. They forced us to pay in cash with no previous warning and we had to exchange on atm machines with an high commission. Staff was rude: after paying everything when we just arrived, they gave us a warning: if we make noise, they'll send us to the street. After that, the room had lots problems: two windows were broken, plates were missing, the mattress cover had holes. They made us pay 15 euros because two towels were dirty (not damaged, Just dirty), and finally they refused to help us when we asked them if they could Exchange kunas for euros (as they have lots of both in cash).

1 - Gli appartamenti sono ad un ottimo prezzo ma chiaramente vittime dell'incuria dei proprietari. Come si vede chiaramente dalle foto. Siamo stati costretti a perdere 2 ore di tempo a scrivere una lista con tutte le stoviglie mancanti e gli oggetti danneggiati, anche perché in caso di oggetti mancanti o di danneggiamenti saremmo stati costretti a pagare multe esorbitanti (1000 euro per una TV cinese). 2-Non si può pagare con Carta cosa che non ci è stata comunicata per mail, o meglio, si può pagare con carta pagando un ulteriore commissione del 20% sul prezzo pattuito (dopo aver versato una lauta caparra mesi prima!!!!). Siamo stati costretti a cambiare migliaia di euro in moneta locale con commissioni esorbitanti e a richiesta di spiegazioni dal personale ci è stato risposto "In Croazia funziona così". 3- Il personale è altamente aggressivo, maleducato e assente. Fin dal primo approccio alla reception si sono comportati in maniera scortese. Sempre assenti e mai reperibili. PS. Ah la chicca finale. Alla partenza siamo stati costretti a pagare una multa per 2 asciugamani sporchi. Il personale di turno ci ha comunicato che "Probabilmente non venivano lavati ed utilizzati dai prossimi ospiti della camera"🤢 In definitiva scegliete altro e non fatevi rovinare la vacanza in questo modo per risparmiare 10 euro a notte.

In unserem Zimmer war 3 Tage die Dusche und Toilette kaputt, Fensterscheibe war gerissen, Rauchmelder abgeklebt als wir ankamen. Wenn man die Badewanne benutzen wollte quillte das Wasser aus dem Abfluss im Bad und überschwemmt alles. Der Besitzer behilt die Kaution ein weil die Handtücher schmutziger waren. Zudem ermahnte er uns wir seien zu laut. Er drohte uns mit raus wurf und Polizei. Es war wirklich erschreckend wie ein Hotelbesitzer so die Fassung verlieren kann. Selbst als wir ihm die mängel an den Zimmer gesagt haben blieb er unbeeindruckt. Es scheint es ist sein Geschäftsmodell Besucher ihre Kaution wegzunehmen als Strafe und nicht als Finanzieller Ausgleich. Das Restliche Team wirkt unprofessionell. Beim Check in wurden unsere Ausweise einbehalten. Wir haben es erst abends gemerkt und auf Nachfrage gaben sie an sie hätten sie nicht. Nach tageslanger suche tauchten sie dann doch beim Hotelpersonal auf. Obwohl mir mehrmals nachgefragt hatten was verneint wurde.
