Price for what you get is responsible but I’ve stayed in many hostels which are considered as party ones and this one was really messy. When we arrived just the bedsheets were changed and okay. Floor and shower (in our room) were very dirty. Common showers and toilets were okay. Some of the staff are nice and some as if they weren't there. Of course it depends with who you will stay in the room as next nights we had really clean and nice people. Pool area is cool.

Stayed here for hideout festival and a few days before, I was in a 6 bed room separate to my friends, no one else was in the room for a couple days when I arrived I left my trackies, skirt and makeup wipes on my bed with scrunched up so that any new people checking into my room knew that was my bed, I came back in the evening to find all my stuff gone the bed remade and a couple new people asleep in the room, they woke up and said nothing had been on the bed since they arrived I went to reception and said politely I understand my stuff was white and looked like bedding and towels and it could’ve mistakenly been picked up for washing just wanted them to check the wash and return it to me, woman on reception told me the girls in the room probably stole it I said no one has stolen it the girls wouldn’t have taken them remade the bed and folded everything to steal clothes that weren’t their size, the cleaner begrudgingly checked the washing then said they weren’t there and shoved her hand in my face and told me to shut up when I said they must be as no one else has access to that room. I was completely calm until this point and understandably extremely angry when told to shut up when politely asking for my belongings back. I ended up writing off the clothes they clearly wouldn’t give back and swapped rooms to my friends. Also took a ridiculous amount of money off each of us at reception on arrival and they hire private security during hideout to fine people for things they don’t ever warn you about on arrival eg loud music after 11, random entry to room and fines for ‘mess’ anything they can it’s a joke. Other than this met amazing friends here was lively and fun but some staff were rude and ruined the...

Me and my 2 friends all visited for Sonus festival. We arrived at around midnight and there was a swarm of people from different countries trying to check in. It was a nightmare. When we finally got seen to at the front desk, the rude receptionist called us ‘Tourists’ and demanded 200 kuna with no explanation, and then just gave us 1 key - we just had to find the room ourselves. ||||The facilities are absolutely awful. I don’t have enough time in the day to go through everything wrong with this place. When reading up on the website - it says it’s a 5 min walk to the centre; it’s really not it’s about 15 minutes. There is no shop or vending machine so you have to wait for the staff to open the bar for water or something, which again, it opened at different times when they could be arsed. ||||Our room was shared with 5 other people - when we arrived the balcony doors and shutter was broke for FOUR DAYS!! So we had NO AIR or light. We also had no aircon for about two days too. ||||They ran out of towels so we had no clean towels the whole 7 days. There was no breakfast some days and no lunch some days too. ||||They constantly ran out of ice and other things behind the bar and most of the staff was SOOOO rude. I don’t understand how awful there was sometimes. ||||Everyday there was a pool party we’re all locals and other foreigners came - they would splash and shout for the English to get away from the pool area, where the hostel staff and the BYP staff (pool party organisers) would laugh and was even recording us!! So eventually all English people would leave when we just wanted to chill around the pool. ||||Honestly it really is not worth the money - it’s dirty and English are not liked around there....
