Guest House Villa Daniel, Omis — Hotel in Grad Omiš

Worst experience ever!!! When complaining about not having AC in the room the owner pointed at the tiny tiny fan(not even desk size) and said that that will do! On top of that we did not have our private bathroom , we had access to a shared bathroom. Given that there were 40 ° Celsius we asked for our money back and started looking for a new place. When we asked for our money back the owner showed us the door and kicked us out, kept the money and said that we should be grateful that he is not asking for all the money to be paid.

Worst ever! There was no information that tere is no A/C in the room and when we arrived there we tried to have a discussion with the owner who, by the way, does not speak English, his wife was there translating the conversation, he told us to get out(we’ve tried to reach to a common point to get at least some of our money back). Podvodné ubytování… Zaplacený Dvoulůžkový pokoj Standard s manželskou postelí a balkonem, v nabídce ale uvedené fotografie APARTMÁNU !!! Ani jedna fotografie neodpovídala reálnému pokoji takže jsme byli oklamáni. Nadále se pokoje takhle nabízí! Pozor na popis a fotografie, ty neodpovídají realitě. Chladnička na pokoji nechladila, rychlovarná konvice vůbec nebyla i když v popisu pokoje byla. Domácí odmítal a odmítá celou záležitost řešit. Budu celou situaci nadále řešit právnickou formou. Fotografie neodpovídají skutečnému pokoji takže se jedná o klamavou obchodní taktiku.
