Lovely Apartments — Hotel in Grad Senj

Google service, please verify my photos location, it was taken in this place per location, and timeline, very bad experience.

Very steep climbing up, not for families with kids at all, dangerous road intersection with no side walks, and no crossing especially that road side of roundabout to reach main street. You have to cross a full busy street with kids either way.

We were not informed about roads being fixed, which means that beside the nasty climbing, there was no parking for car, had to park 100 meter away, take all load on foot, beside had to keep moving the car because place has no garage, so local neighbors were asking me and other residents to move our cars away from their entrances, and road fixing heavy machinery workers same.

Bathroom sinks are blocked, no pump to use to evacuate, fridge is dirty, very dirty grill, full of cigarette buds, residents, and owner do not clean after usage, the main door doesnt close good at all, only one AC on the main door to cool down the right and left sides of the apartment, which was leaking water on the main door entrance from inside, leaving a water pool you have to cross every time in and out.

I would give it two stars but the abscence of good communication with owner, no rescent detailed authentic reviews published, and most of what is there is casual 5star rating from people giving for any place good or bad. As an experienced local guide, the owner is flagging any review or photo beneath 5stars, which makes this place rating a not true, false rating. And makes a one star more than enough.

I followed the rating since last two weeks from me and other residents who where there at that time, it will show a one star and two star max ratings, then removed after 24hrs, as i said true rating for this place is not more than that, and the owner keep flagging the low rating just proves my point.

I dont recommend for families with kids, and not for families with strollers for sure.

I wish that google reviewers on such accomodation places are more authentic. And as a local guide, I wish that people write and pay attention to general five star short reviews, this what makes me and other high level local guides take deeper look on accomodation reviews, remember you are not guiding people to ice cream shop...
