Holiday home Rupotina — Hotel in Grad Solin

We had a great stay in the house. The area with private swimming pool is perfect and the view of split never gets bored. The house itself is a bit small but has everything you need. We stayed with a group of 4 friends, which is in my opinion the max this house can facilitate.

From the house to split center is a 20 minute drive. Best way to go out at night is by Uber, most of the time it arrives at the house within 10 minutes. A Lidl is located at a distance of approx 10 minutes drive. We hired a rental car at the airport, which I would recommend in order to become flexible in your stay. For groceries, but also to discover the beautiful towns, islands and parks around Split (such as Hvar, Trogir, Sibenik, Krka).

The landlord and his wife were very friendly and had good communicative skills. For us, the contact was perfect (not too much and not too little). Also the landlord prepared us a welcoming snack and bottle of wine, together with a map of information of split and its vicinity.

Two remarks; there was only one airco unit located at the ground floor. The upstairs rooms (3 persons) were very hot, especially with hot Croatian nights. Tip for the landlord is to also place a unit at the 1st floor. 2nd remark is that the bathroom is quite small with both the toilet as shower...

We had a very pleasant stay (couple with baby) at this holiday home. House is well equipped, the outside view and pool is the eye-catcher. The house is well located to visit Split, Krka, Kliss, Trogier,… The owner was very kind to us, reacted quickly to questions....
