Villa 7th Heaven — Hotel in Općina Klis

From the moment we arrived at Villa 7th heaven we were greeted by probably the warmest and kindest host we have ever encountered on our many, many trips. Our host Pero was ready for whatever request or questions we had and always took action right away and with warmth. He also helped us with a boat charter and guided us to all the right spots and places to visit. A boat charter is highly recommended to visit amazing places like Hvar and Milna.

The villa is located within a 10 min drive above the hills from Split. Split itself is a nightware when it comes to traffic, but within a few minutes drive you are in a tranquil place with a wonderfull view of the Adriatic Sea and Split. The Villa is located more or less minutes from where the action is, beaches, restaurants but also historical sites and loads of supermarkets, yet without the noise or distractions of the big city.

The cosy patio next to the living room quickly became everyone’s favorite spot for an morning/afternoon coffee / evening drink. It boasts the same great views of Split as the nearby jacuzzi located on the same level.

The swimming pool is heated which is a great feature as there can be some colder breezes. The kids loved being able to jump in the pool yet not jump out freezing as with most unheated pools! Our great host turned up the heating to our liking after the kids initially complained it was too cold.

The villa itself is designed as a family home, not a rental property and it shows. You simply get better quality finishes and details.

Only possible gripe we might have had was that the fridge was a bit small for a larger group. Other than that the house, location and the hosts were beter than advertised. It’s not often that one encounters a rental/hotel/property that actually exceeds the (painted) pictures. This one does.

We stayed at Villa 7th Heaven in June 2022. It was the first time we had taken my toddler (16 months) abroad and the Villa was perfect. Plenty of opportunities for him to practice swimming in the pool as it was nicely heated and the weather was sunny without being too hot. (Average 24 degrees)

The hosts were fantastic! We arrived to a graze board of meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) which was a lovely touch. They also delivered us another fruit basket midweek and bought my son a cuddly toy for being the first little person to stay at the villa. All very thoughtful! They were also on hand to answer and organise taxis for us which included a car seat for my son which made journeying to and from Split stress free.

The Villa itself was amazing! Spacious bedrooms, all with air con and blackout blinds. The kitchen had coffee machine, as well as plenty of refrigeration and freezer space.

Villa 7th Heaven is a great place to stay and I have made some wonderful memories there with my family.

I can’t recommend this villa enough, Pero was more than accommodating from start to finish. From the moment we arrive we were made very welcome, Pero with all his little touches made our stay even more special.

Villa 7th Heaven is the prefect place of luxury and tranquility, only 10-15 from the centre of split which is beautiful but in a quiet area that you can relax and chill plus you have the best view of split.

The villa is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in, the hot tub, pool, basketball, ping pong and gym went down a treat with us all, kept the adults and children entertained. The villa is a absolutely stunningly decorated to the highest standard.

I can’t recommend this villa enough, definitely worth a visit we will look...
