Luxury suite Elysium — Hotel in Grad Split

The apartment is very beautiful and clean. Even better than what you can see in the photo. The work done by the host is incredible, and you can feel it. Everything that you normally could forget during the travel you will find here. They thought about everything, from the slipper to the washing machine and dishwasher soap, to the different types of coffee. Also, as all travellers know, not every hotel has an iron; here it is present. All the furniture present in the house they are of a good brand and very new. They made this apartment perfect. The bed is very big and comfortable. Also, they put some lights/LEDs to create an atmosphere that we enjoyed a lot.

The structure is modern and really nice. By the apartment, you have a balcony that has a very beautiful view, it's perfect in the morning for your breakfast and in the evening for some relaxation before going to sleep. The area in which the apartment is located is very calm and silent, and everyone is respectful. Moreover, the position of the apartment is very strategic, it has two entrances; one can bring you to the bus stop and another one that brings you in 10 minutes to the closest beach.

Let's talk about the landlord. The host, Igor, is very nice and will help you to manage in the best way and make you feel comfortable about everything. He helped us with the location of the restaurant, beach, shopping, cafe, and what to visit. The father of Igor, Stan, is an amazing person. He has a very positive and good energy. Every time you meet him, he will make you feel happy. Every conversation with him is enriching. He is a great person! (I spent more time with Stan). Two days after my arrival, I ran into Stan and he offered me a cappuccino in a close bar to the apartment, which if you are a traveller, you know that you will not find in all the host.

Finally, this apartment is a diamond in Split, managed by two...

We had a great time at the luxury suite Elysium. The apartment is beautiful and comes with everything one could ask for. It is in great shape, no dents, no scratches whatsoever. Our personal highlights were the balcony with great view over the sea, the super comfy bed and the nice modern shower.

The hosts were so welcoming and helpful. Picked us up from and brought us back to the airport as well so we had worry-free travels. On the way to the apartment Igor told us a little about the city, where to get groceries and even made sure the closest store was open because we arrived on a Sunday.

The location is perfect for a little get away far from the touristy side of the city and yet you only take one bus and in 30 minutes you're right in the middle of Split's historic city center. The tiny beach only 10 walking minutes away is also superb - calm and pretty but a little bit hidden.

All in all we had a wonderful time with no wishes left unfulfilled. Thank you again Igor for having us and hopefully til next time...

If you want a relaxed vacation, you should stay here. It’s a beautifull appartement in 2 km of 2 big shopping centers and a beach. You can al do it by foot. You can also use the bus, there a station out the door. And If you drive with a car there is great garage, included in the price! The host was verry friendly, he explaned everything well. He’s also a cab driver so If you don’t want to use the bus you can call him or text him to pick you up. It was a really great stay! Amazing appartement, view and host. What do you want more?

Ps: the appartement is even more beautifull in real life. Verry clean! And in the kitchen you’ll find everything you need.
