Mikuljan Apartments — Hotel in Grad Split

The biggest rip off if I have ever seen one. We booked an apartment for 4 adults not knowing what floor we would get. When we got there we got the basement floor as our apartment with one small bedroom and one sofa that turns into a small bed. Me and my family were flabbergasted and didn’t know what to do so we decided to turn the AC on and just go sit outside by the pool which was alright in my opinion, it didn’t have a lot space. After an hour we decided to go back in to shower and we saw that the AC wasn’t working aswell. Then we decided to look for something else because we were not about to pay 500€ for 3 nights for a place like that. To top it off the apartment we had didn’t even match the pictures online and when I texted the owner about it, she replied with: “this is what you booked and this is what you get”. We booked the apartment without balcony. What we got was a basement that could have been used as storage for old furniture, turned into an apartment. We had little to no sunlight, the airconditioning was broken and leaked, the sleeping bench was small and not clean. We had an open electricity box in our room with which we could turn on and off the electricity in the room. There were holes in the walls and the kitchen cupboards were damaged as well. DO NOT BOOK WITHOUT BALCONY. Those apartments with balcony looked way better on photo, although I cannot say I would trust those...
