Palace Lidija — Hotel in Grad Split

The host and apartment here was great. Very friendly and courteous service. The host met us at our car, walked us to our room and inspected it for cleanliness and that it had everything. He made appointments in advanced to send in cleaners and restocking. It had a full stocked kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, all bowls, glasses, utensils, water boiler, coffee and tea. There were slippers, robes, towels, soap, shampoo, razors, shaving cream, and everything else you’d need to live. The neighborhood is very quiet and the restaurant on the first floor is excellent in quality and price. One of our best meals of the trip. The balcony is beautiful with wooden furniture. The host gave us maps of the area, recommended places to go, and responded very quickly. The Ubers are plentiful and cheap from this location. 5 euro to get anywhere in town. We stayed for only 3 nights and it was more than perfect. The apartment, cafe and swimming pool are clean, private and staff are super helpful. You can tell it's a family run business. We were going on a tour and too early for breakfast but the girl insisted on us taking lovely fresh croissants with us this is just one example. It is so close to the sea too so you can walk down for a swim any time of the day. I will be staying here again when I go...

The apartment was very nice and everything was brand new. The view was very nice and the walk to the beach was just a few minute walk down the hill.
