We have booked the accommodation, they advertise themselves with very favorable pictures on the accommodation search platforms, no one should fall for them, because they are not even close to the standard, to this day I still don't understand how they could get 4 stars. There is mold between the tiles in the bathroom, there is a sewer smell in the bathroom and there is very little space to store things. The room is terribly small and we went with a 2 year old child, it was terrible. It is a much bigger problem that the child could not even be taken out on the mini-terrace because it is life-threatening, you can actually fall out between the railing and the wall. We reported these to the management on the first day, who closed the matter by saying that all their rooms are the same, and they can't do anything. Unfortunately, I transferred 230€ more money than the mandatory deposit. We asked for our money back because we cannot tolerate this quality, and the balcony is life-threatening. After a lot of fighting and talking, they said that we have to stay there at least as much as the mandatory deposit covers the corresponding day or we will lose it completely, and we will get the part above that back. Several receptionists confirmed that this will happen. We would have liked at least an e-mail about this, but they refused to send it. Good. At night: the beds are very uncomfortable and there was only one very small pillow. Meals: on the whole, the food was varied and delicious, but the disappointing thing was that their own Dalmatian fish soup was made horribly. At one dinner, they had a second thought and postponed the opening by half an hour. A huge crowd gathered. It sounds good that drinks are included in the service, but the drinks available, beer, wine and soft drinks, were of the lowest quality. Parking is €10/day but they don't have any spaces. We asked for a room with a sea view, but it only had a sea view if I leaned out on the balcony. At least 4 days were covered by the mandatory deposit at the time of booking. We suffered all the way, and when we checked out, we parted ways with the receptionist so that they would send an email in the afternoon confirming that we would get the rest of our money back. Of course they didn't send it, we moved to another accommodation and called them every day to wait for the e-mail or our money. They always lied otherwise, but there was no question that we wouldn't get it back. Almost 2 weeks have passed (that's how long we went in total) and in the last few days they lied that we don't even need an e-mail, we have to wait, but they will transfer our money back right away. When we left the country, the cold shower came. We wrote to the upper management that we still haven't received our money and even then they told us to be patient. A few days passed and they sent an e-mail saying "They are very sorry, but we will not get the money back, but we can stay at one of their other hotels sometime." It is outrageous and sad that a family with small children is stolen in such a disgusting way and people are treated as stupid. I recommend everyone to...

Beds are very comfortable for those who have a bad back these beds are good, hotel is very clean rooms cleaned regularly. Sure they are some imperfection but nothing that will ruin your holiday. Shower is good,
lots of power sockets despite some other review.good wardrobe space with safe instructions on inside of wardrobe how to set up. Lots of lights and nice led reading lights both side of bed. Mini bar with a few items but has space to store some drink and water for yourself. Balcony is spacious. Pool is down beside the water and the hotels other building gorgeous views from the pool and nice piers you can also go sit or lay down on. Nice beach up to the right as you leave the pool exit. Proper sand and not grit or stone in one location. Despite another review. Food is very nice here it is the best food I have gotten on a half board / all inclusive option. Nice selection to please everyone. Also you are allocated a table which remains for the stay. With some exceptions incase they have a wedding table allocation will change. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. they charge for water like every where else, The staff are brilliant very professional friendly and genuine. The woman checking us in was really nice very helpful. Also a big thank you to the lady who makes the omlettes in the mornings fresh Infront of you choice of fillings. They were amazing and delicious.
To any Irish looking for tea you normally get at home it's called black tea out here.
The town of vodice is amazing and boat trip is definitely worth it. Also the waterfalls. Can be booked at this hotel the guide was brilliant. Spa is nice and relaxed.
Outdoor pool is pumped from the sea so it is salt water much better for you than chemical filled pool but it is warmer to swim in the sea.
Elevators are modern again despite another fools bad review.. it won't let doors close if it is over capacity have fun telling people they are too heavy.
Over all this hotel is definitely worth visiting it has a nice charm to it and quickly felt like home away from home. And don't let the bad reviews put you off experiencing this beautiful hotel and fantastic location.
Exchange rate at reception is the best rate don't get money out of ATM at airport, however ATM in hotel is a better rate also but...
