Falkensteiner Luxury Villas Punta Skala — Hotel in Grad Zadar

We invited family and friends and stayed at the resort for three days. Everyone was very satisfied with the natural scenery where the resort is located, the resort's amenities, and the accommodations. Some friends visited the resort again with their families. The fish restaurant located next to the sea offers not only delicious food, but also service and atmosphere, all of which provide a beautiful, romantic, and romantic atmosphere. Also, the pizza at the Italian restaurant was really great. I lived in Italy for 5 years, so I know well-baked pizza, and the pizza at the resort was just as good as any good pizza restaurant in Italy. My family and friends enjoyed a great vacation together in a villa with a swimming pool. From check-in to check-out, I would especially like to express my deepest gratitude to manager Monica, who was professional, kind, and friendly in every way. Вартість за добу проживання на одній з таких вілл - від 2000 евро за добу і більше. Ні туроператор , який має прямий контракт з готелем, ні готель перед бронюванням не повідомили, що готель має ВЕЛИЧЕЗНЕ ПОКИНУТЕ БУДІВНИЦТВО на території готелю. А саме - в 100м від Luxury Villas. Додаю карту: на карті це будівництво позначене, як комплекс Аврора. Дорога до пляж - крізь бруд, звалище, нічим не прикрите сміття, каналізації, накриті дошками. Повний жах! Лежачи на пляжі, позаду шезлонгів - весь цей покинутий безлад! В результаті зіпсований відпочинок - інфраструктура обмежена , види жахливі. На вимогу повернути кошти і поїхати раніше - готель та туроператор відмовили. На наші прохання вийти з нами на зв’язок та знайти компроміс - повна тиша і бездіяльність. Готель заявляє що Alf tour operator знав про це, і був там навесні цього ж року, проте чому замовчали цю інфо - ALF tour operator відповідає , що будівництво неактивно, а красиво це чи ні - справа смаку:) . Нікому не радимо тут відпочивати!!! До Premium Collection та Luxury Resort...

The villa was great but our host, Monika, really made our stay tremendous. She arranged breakfasts to be brought to our Villa and special tables at wonderful restaurants. She even went out of her way to buy us mosquito repellent when we couldn’t find any in the hotel gift shop. She did a great job and is the main reason we would come back! ...
