Petrčane House — Hotel in Grad Zadar

Health hazard, avoid this property. It would be a nice house if it got a proper care but unfortunately, the ground floor kitchen is infested with mold. There's smell of mold (which is a health risk) whenever you get near cupboards. When you open the cupboard, the entire kitchen is filled with the intensive smell. The owner did not do anything to resolve the problem (except for offering a dehumidifier, which obviously does not solve anything). Such a heavy infestation does not build over time, this has been a longer time problem. The local lady who takes care of cleaning etc. was nice but the owner was clearly not interested in solving his problem. We asked for a discount but got only accusations from him. Other examples of lack of care of the house was a closet door that fell off when we opened the closet, bathroom door that got stuck and cannot be opened, gate to the beach that did not open, etc. Not sure what changed since the positive reviews last year but you're surely better off...
