Apartmani Plaža — Hotel in Jelsa

DO NOT Book Here. The owner is a monster. We booked a month in advance and a few hours after checking in he barged in and told us to grab our things and get out within five minutes. He had another booking. He yelled at my daughter and when I told him to be nice he told me he didn’t have to be nice, we did not matter as we were only staying one night and his other booking was staying ten. We told him we would let Booking .com know and he didn’t care. He tried to say we should have looked at photos on booking and that we should be in another unit but we checked in properly and had been handed keys (and the unit was the one we had seen online) He threatened us, insulted us, had my youngest daughter in absolute tears. Nie polecam! Apartament został zarezerwowany z dużym wyprzedzeniem, a właściciel nagle, bez podania konkretnej przyczyny, wymusił anulowanie rezerwacji na Booking! I to po raz drugi!!! Brak profesjonalizmu i jakiegokolwiek poszanowania dla gości. Cały planowany urlop legł w gruzach przez tak nieodpowiedzialne podejście. Jeśli nie chcecie stresu i nagłych zmian w planach – radzę omijać to miejsce szerokim łukiem. Właściciel potrafi to tylko skomentować jako haha - żenada . Wypisuje bzdury o niedopasowaniu kalendarza bo znalazł zapewne inną rodzinę w lepszej cenie . Uważajcie i nie bookujcie u niego bo i tak wam odwoła jak tylko znajdzie kogoś w lepszej cenie na dłuższy okres pobytu !!!!! Kłamie i ściemnia żeby tylko się...
