Ich bewerte zum ersten Mal eine Unterkunft, aber die Villa Tomas Davor hat es einfach verdient.
Zum Haus selbst: es gibt 6 Apartments in verschiedenen Größen. Das Haus ist erst 10 Jahre alt und in einem baulich einwandfreien, sehr guten Zustand. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und wertig; Schränke, Türen und Mobiliar sind massiv und gut gepflegt. TV und Klimaanlage sind vorhanden und haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Küche beinhaltet der Personenanzahl entsprechend Geschirr und Besteck, auch einige Utensilien wie Schüsseln, Sieb, Reibe, Sparschäler waren vorhanden. In unserem Apartment (Nr.6) gab es ein 2 Plattenkochfeld. Eine Kaffeemaschine ist nicht vorhanden, wir hatten unsere Urlaubsmaschine dabei.
Die Lage: Das Haus gehört zum Ort Brela, ist aber vom eigentlichen Ortskern ca. 1400 m entfernt. In der entgegengesetzten Richtung liegt der Ortsteil Jakirusa – einer der (für uns) schönsten Strandabschnitte, dorthin sind es etwa 900 m. Für mich in jedem Fall wichtig zu erwähnen: Die ca. 130 m Fußweg zum nächsten, direkten Strandabschnitt sind eine korrekte Entfernungsangabe, bestehen allerdings aus ca. 135 Stufen unterschiedlichster Höhe und Breite; Achtung also im Falle einer Gehbehinderung oder ähnlichem. In dem Fall kann man auch andere Strände mit dem Auto erreichen, muss dann aber gegen Gebühr parken. Einkäufe und Ausflüge kann man eventuell auch anders bewältigen, für mich ist ein Auto aber letztendlich dort in jedem Fall erforderlich.
Die Vermieter: Kommunikation findet auf Englisch statt, trotzdem meines nicht sehr gut ist, bin ich immer verstanden worden. Slaven ist ein sehr aufgeschlossener, netter und sehr freundlicher Mensch und seine Mutter ist sowieso die allerbeste. Sie hält alles super sauber und ist unglaublich bemüht, jedem Wunsch nachzukommen. Wir haben einige landestypische Leckereien bekommen, bekamen innerhalb 14 Tagen vier mal frische Handtücher und nach 7 Tagen wurde das Apartment gereinigt. Ich lege auf Sauberkeit größten Wert und hier war alles tiptop.

To the house: There are 6 apartments of different sizes. The house is only 10 years old and in very good condition. The decor is functional and high quality; Cabinets, doors and furniture are solid and well-kept. TV and air conditioning are available and worked perfectly. The kitchen includes the number of people after dishes and cutlery, also some utensils such as bowls, strainer, grater, were present. In our apartment (No. 6) there was a 2-burner stove. A coffee machine is not available, we had our holiday machine with it.
The location: The house belongs to the village Brela, but is from the actual center about 1400 m away. In the opposite direction is the beach of Jakirusa - one of the (for us) most beautiful beach sections, about 900 m. For me is definitely important to mention: the approx. 130 m walk to the next, direct beach is a correct distance display, consists however about 135 steps of different height and width; Be cautious in the event of a walking disability or something like that. In this case you can also reach other beaches by car, but then you have to park for a fee. Purchases and excursions can be handled differently, but for me a car is ultimately necessary.
The landlords: The communication takes place in English, although I am not very good, I always understood. Slaven is a very open-minded, kind-hearted guy and his mother is best anyway. She keeps everything super clean and is incredibly hardworking to fulfill every request.
