MORENIA Park Villas — Hotel in Općina Gradac

The resort is quite big, the territory is clean, and the facilities are quite new and well-attended. A little bit high price by my opinion. The staff is friendly, polite and professional. Requests are responded to very quickly. The restaurant doesn’t meet expectations, there are crowds, the food isn't taste, quality of food is low, the choice of dishes is not so big, and the prices are too high. All inclusive (IMHO) is not a better choice in this resort. The beach and pools are great. We didn't see the lifeguards. All sunbeds are occupied from early morning, but people often come around to 11 or 12 o'clock, nobody from hotel staff take care about this. But unfortunate now it is usual story for the all resorts. But very close a lot of unequipped beaches. Childs facilities are OK. We booked a "villa" (mobile home) with a pool, it was absolutely fabulous and we got only the great impressions. Equipment is new and good quality, but maybe not enough a coffee machine and a mop for wet floor. Linen was change once for 10 nights, it’s normal. The cleaning service and towel change policy has little strange schedules, but that's not a big deal. Only one air conditioner for two bedrooms with living and sometimes is a hot inside. Disturb from time to time barbeque smells and smoke. But in general everything is at a quite high level, and if you are not expecting something special, you will be 100% satisfied. Very compact and beautiful place to visit and stay. We went in the period of labor day on 1st of May so the price in this period was cheaper then in the summer period. Everything you need is in the villa, and the whole premise of a private pool was exciting. The pools are heated and we used them in day and night. The balcony area is really well designed and big. There are 2 bathrooms with one double bed room and 2 single bed room (preferably for kids). There are beach beds available near the pool as well as a parasol. We went as a couple, but I think the place is ideal for kids as well. Kitchen came with all appliances with enough dishes and silverware. All in all it’s an amazing place for a couple or a family for quality private time. The only issue we had and a suggestion is to put a wifi router closer to the upper houses as we were bit far from the hotel and could not use wifi...

The concept is interesting, a large number of nice mobile mostly plastic-made, solid equipped houses with swimming pools, but the downside is that they are literally pushed next to each other, so you will not have absolute privacy. The situation is similar with peace. We had a mini-vacation in the middle of May, so most of the cottages were not occupied, but one was enough, in which, according to my estimation, there were two younger couples who shouted, laughed and made noise all day as if they were 100m away from each other. and not in the same facility and played loud music all day. So if you really want privacy, peace and rest - my suggestion is to bypass this place.
