Gorgeous boutique hotel! The airport pickup was great and everyone on the staff was so friendly! Loved the property tour at check in so we were familiar with all the property had to offer. The room was the perfect size for 2 adults. Lots of closet space and dual vanities in the bathroom. Pool was gorgeous and refreshing. I think some more service there to clean up towels and reset chairs would be helpful since we couldn’t tell what was available and often wanted chairs in the shade but they still had stuff on them and seemed reserved maybe. The breakfast spread was STUNNING and you can add on extra items. We’d pop in each morning and get in our coffee order that they happily delivered to our room! Great touch! 2 tiny things I’d love - a nespresso machine and a way to stream on the TV. Everything else was perfect! We also loved that they were SO fast at cleaning when we went to breakfast and dinner! And they always left delicious little treats! Truly friendly and top notch service which is so rare these days!

Great little hotel with fabulous location. My friend and I stayed here at end of a week long trip through Croatia. It's located in a quiet harbor town near Dubrovnik, a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle. It's nothing fancy but had comfortable room, located right in the harbor, 5 minutes walk from the bus stop and near many swim spots. It also includes a full service breakfast and access to the facilities in their resort location on the other side of the harbor. The hotel will also arrange a ride to the airport for ~$20. If you're looking for a quiet and comfortable hotel near the airport in Dubrovnik, this is it. Note: as the hotel is a converted townhome, there is no elevator so if you have any mobility impairment you'll want to keep that in mind.

Most likely one the very best hotel we’ve EVER stayed in. I honestly can’t think of a single thing we could suggest or want different or to change. The customer service was fantastic, nothing was ever an issue, staff were always happy and full of advise. The rooms were beautiful, and immaculate, clean and a wealth of items supplied. The breakfast and dinner experience, and the level of choices, the quality of food, drink and service exceeds anything I have ever had before. Staff always helpful, nothing was a problem to them. (Great Wine List as well). Definitely planning for a return visit in 2025/6 whilst on a dual location trip to Montenegro, currently being planned..

We recently enjoyed a splendid 4-night stay at Hotel Supetar in Cavtat, Croatia, and it was an experience to cherish. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every angle of our stay was perfect.

Service: The service at Hotel Supetar is wonderful. Special thanks to Davor, the hotel director, as well as Kristian and Florentina, for making our stay incredibly smooth and enjoyable. Davor's assistance in arranging our parking at their sister hotels was especially helpful for our travels with the car. Their dedication and attention to detail ensured we felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

Boutique Charm: Hotel Supetar beautifully embodies the charm and character of a boutique hotel. The decor is stylish and thoughtfully designed, creating an inviting and cozy atmosphere. Each room is uniquely decorated with attention to detail, reflecting the rich culture and history of the region. The intimate setting of the hotel made our stay feel exclusive and personalized.

Personal Touch: What sets Hotel Supetar apart is the personal touch in every aspect. From the personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining, to the little surprises like welcome drinks and daily treats, every detail is meticulously curated to make guests feel at home. The hotel staff took the time to remember our preferences and went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

Location: The location of Hotel Supetar is perfect for exploring Cavtat. Situated close to the waterfront, we enjoyed stunning views and easy access to the charming town. The convenience of being within walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, and historic sites added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Food: The food at the hotel's restaurants is outstanding. Every meal we had was very good and proper, with flavors that we believe are the best in Cavtat. The culinary experience at Hotel Supetar is top-notch, with a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The quality and taste of the food significantly enhanced our stay.

Amenities: The amenities at Hotel Supetar are top-notch. The well-maintained facilities, including a beautiful outdoor terrace and a serene garden area, provided a perfect setting for relaxation. The breakfast served each morning was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The overall ambiance of the hotel, combined with the high-quality amenities, contributed to an exceptional stay.

In conclusion, Hotel Supetar exceeded all our expectations with its outstanding service, boutique charm, and personalized touches. Davor, Kristian, and Florentina made us feel truly special and well cared for. The food was superb, adding to an already fantastic experience. It is an ideal choice for anyone seeking a memorable and intimate stay in Cavtat. We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return in the future. Highly...

Wish we could keep this place a secret but since I relied on the other reviews here to make the reservation I feel I must also pay it forward.|The Hotel itself is now what all future Boutique Hotels shall be measured against, every detail was on point, clean, warm, welcoming, each space was perfect and with only 21 rooms including the residences, never overcrowded. I'd like to see what high season and not October is like but couldn't take the heat! |We had breakfast each morning either on the terrace or inside with the selection of continental, pastries and cooked options all excellent. The same applied to the Tasting Menu we had in the evening for our Anniversary. |However the thing that makes this place truly special and I will confirm the previous reviews and state these are the best staff I've ever had the pleasure to meet.|Starting at the top with Hotel Director Davor right down to each member of the cleaning team, you felt each wanted to ensure the guest had the best experience. More importantly we felt they all enjoyed and wanted to work in the property, with each member ensuring they didn't let each other or the Hotel down. We were some of the last guests staying prior to the Hotel closing for low season and I really felt the staff were more upset to be leaving than we were, at least they know they're going back in 2026! |Cavtat was a beautiful location to stay in after a few days in an Old Town AirB&B, I'd imagine especially in high season and the crowds. We also got a chance to take a tour of the surrounding Konavle Valley arranged by the wonderful Dubrovska, the vinyard tours we took were a particular highlight along with the lunch at Konavoski Divori.|Thank you...

Unsurprisingly, at time or writing Hotel Supertar scores very highly indeed. It is the nicest hotel in which we've ever stayed. Every single staff member was constantly friendly, but also really helpful. We arrived really late and they'd left a plate of meat, cheese, olives and bread for supper, and included a bottle of excellent local red wine. Our room (206) was very special as it had outside walls with windows on three sides, so obviously not all rooms have this, but it included a Nesspresso coffee machine as well as a kettle at no extra charge. Daily 'nibbles' were left in the room and a goodnight chocolate snuck in when we were dining, such simple touches made a lot of difference. The food was amazing, breakfast included Eggs Benedict, Omelette, freshly made juice smoothies ('Beautiful day' started just that!) egg, bacon and sausage for those who find it hard to go Continental and fresh pastries and interesting breads for those that embrace Continental. With plenty of fresh fruit, sliced meats and cheese, we had no need for lunch any day. Gorgeous pool, constantly attended by beaming staff just itching to bring you a drink or another towel; we all were given fruit skewers one afternoon. The hotel is in a pedestrianised zone which is inaccessible to al but local vehicles and then there are time restrictions, so there was some confusion with our TUI transfer out, but the wonderful staff kept us calm and got us back to the airport, with a complimentary sandwich for the flight. Cannot praise them highly enough, get...
