Guesthouse Kuća na Šterne — Hotel in Općina Lovran

Shabby looking building. Our room was furnished with very old, decrepit furniture. The bed was especially ancient and looks like it might fall apart anytime.

The guest house is quite central in Lovren, right next to the old town.

Compared with the other prices around, this was one of the most economic for a double room.

The owner is nice but speaks only German as a foreign language.

Lovely treatment from Ms. Jasna. I didn’t ask for much but I got more. Apartment could accommodate a couple, but I needed it for one and it was perfect. And a sweet one too. Casa d'epoca, bisognosa di restauro, in posizione molto comoda per il (piccolo) caratteristico centro storico della cittadina, a davvero pochi passi dal lungomare.|Le poche camere sono arredate con mobili d'epoca e anche con gusto. Noi avevamo uno "studio" e disponevamo anxge di un angolo cottura, fornito di stoviglie ma spaiate e assemblate alla meglio: giusto un caffè, insomma... Il balcone è arredato con un tavolino e due poltroncine con i cuscini rotti con la gommapiuma che fuoriescesce. Insonorizzazione zero: d'epoca, insomma.|La signora è molto gentile, si mostra disponibilissima anche con un italiano tutto sommato buono. Ma la struttura è bisognosa di un restauro e, più in generale, di uno svecchiamento, perché lo charme, quando vi sia, non ripaga di molte...
