Quiet house in the greenery, but extremely crowded beach. “We spent one week at the resort. We had a little disappointment upon arrival. You have to cross the road to get to the beach. The house was very cramped. Small bedrooms, extra small bathroom. Kitchen equipment very very poor. There is only for preparing a very simple breakfast in the kitchen, if at all. Electrical appliances with poor performance. There was not a dishwasher, and a freezer in fridge are missing. Nowhere we not made ice for a drink in the kitchen. There was a lack of regular house cleaning and the trash removal. Everything must be requested. There were many dogs and small children at the resort. Not everyone will like it. The hotel`s beach was extremely crowded in mid July. Every day we went away from the resort for a quieter beach, or in the evening for entertainment and (or) adventure. You may be wake up by the long beeping of the electric vehicle of staff in the morning.

On the second side: We were lucky to have nice staff, silence and peace around the house. Our hous was away from gril restaurant (very well cooking), near hotel`s (?) parking place a children playground. All equipment was functional, odorless. There were insect screens in both bedrooms. The beds were comfortable for us. Security and staff was still going around the resort and they was checking something.

Result: We felt safe in the resort. A lot of money for a poorly equipped and cramped house. The greenery and the horticulture is doing it well. Quiet and the forest...

I'd recommend the housekeeping to check the villa before check-in for the technical issues. We had a technical problem with hot water due to boiler malfunction and therefore couldn't take a normal shower in the evening and in the morning. |Also I'd recomment the HR and management to do better prescreening of your hospitality staff at the check-in desk for suitability for working with clients. |In our case check-in desk Alma or something similar (duty manager) didn't show professionalism and was not very friendly and helpful solving the technical problem with the villa #80 (on night stay during 8.6 - 9.6.24) (boiler broke and didn't give hot water water, so we couldn't take a shower). We asked for a compensation due to this problem, but she directly refused giving any compensation, referring to financial rules of the hotel company and furthermore didn't offer any solution that would help to resolve the issue. Just said that we could write a complaint to the sales department, and "may be" they will consider some compensation. As a guest I had to take the initiative and offered a solution of extending our check-out time, which luckily worked and we were offered to move to another villa and check-out time was extended. Not talking about that this particular solution was not good enough. I stayed at the Pinus Villa’s. Very well used space, great big terrace with a view, inside everything was functional, industrial design which is perfect to the eye. The kitchen was small but fully equipped, all that you need for combined breakfast at home and lunch somewhere in the nearby restaurants. The Villa’s are located among trees and nice vegetation but just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. I felt secluded still very close to the main events in the middle of Njivice. The resort is new and with private access so one can feel safe. The staff cleans every third day and brings new supplies of linens and towels. In the complex there is a clean and new kid’s playground with everyday activities. In 10 minutes walk there’s another even bigger and better kid’s playground with pool that visitors can use all day. The employees on the reception are available and helpful until 10 pm. We got a list with activities like boat trips, safari, bike rentals etc., and they are happy to arrange everything for you.
