😊: Truly a fantastic stay. The owners (a mother and daughter) were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing as well (best on our whole holiday, not sure if they do it daily but you can ask them, was 10 euro pp which is nothing considering what you get for it). They have some cute and friendly animals (cats and a dog) that also made us feel at home. It was my first stay in a guest house of any sort but you have your privacy in your room and there's a lovely table to sit at outside - they have a river running through their property. My Italian isn't great but the landlords speak Croatian or Italian so i went with Italian. For English only, they will use translate on their phone so no issues there. The Wifi was great, fastest we had in Croatia (10mbps or so which is perfectly good)
Ultimately this was our favourite stay even after Split, Hvar, Zadar etc. It is in a surreal forest with a beautiful walk nearby with crystal clear water and river that we highly recommend!

The owner was very helpful and kind.. 😢: If you want to visit the paid part of the lakes, you need to walk about 1.5h one way which we loved with our dog, meeting no people but when you finally get to the last bus stop of the Plitvice lakes, be careful and watch out for the park ranger if he is not waiting to catch you, the penalty is 33€ and no ticket is required afterwards but you wont be able to get to the boat with a ticket. The additional fees in the guest house were a bit too high. A night for a smaller dog is 10€ and a breakfast per person 10€. It is higher than in a hotel all over europe :) Other than this all is perfect, hence 10...

Breakfast by the stream was very cozy, and then a morning walk was everything we needed.. 😢: Not possible to visit without car. There was a wifi, but slow connection, but it is nothing you actually need when you are there, since the nature is...
