Premier House has 3 rooms on the 1st floor (steps). The family lives on the ground and 2nd floor. We had good email contact before arrival with the son who speaks English. The room we had was large with an extra sofa with view of the street and pool, also beautiful mountain view. The bed is 160 x 200 and has 1 cover, spacious bathroom with towels, closet with safe, balcony, quiet street, normal curtains, new from 2021. Refrigerator in the room as well as laminate floor, airo/heater, desk with tea/coffee facilities. Small unheated pool in the front of the house with outside furniture. No breakfast. We loved the Bistro Time in Kornica, found it much better than the tips in the room, but that is personal. Great place if you'd like to visit Plitvice Lakes which are 15 minutes away by car.|Downside: barking dogs in the night, very thin and hard towels and exactly 2 tea/coffeebags for 2 days,...

The owners...soooo sweet and nice. Elderly couple and their son. Soooo friendly and willing and trying to do everything to please you. Had very nice conversations. The rooms are spacy and almost new. The whole house is beautyful and looks like its build yesterday. Super clean and very nice design. From the house your in 2 minutes in town and within 20 min your parked at entrance 1.
