Luxury Villa Karla — Hotel in Općina Podstrana

The apartment was brand new and clean, BUT ... the room description mentioned for example a fridge, but it was not in the room, and not much else. There was no room for any comfort. No reading lamps next to the bed, no nightstand to put on the glasses, water glass, book etc. Goods had to be put on the floor. Bathroom cosmetics were just soap (in the description was "luxury cosmetics") I would also needed some brochures about hotel services, maps, directions, etc. Even water glass would have been necessary. The room had a spacious cabinet to hang clothes, but only three hanger, well, it was room for three :-) . We got the needs and things to do, with the nice staff, but it only took a time and a lot of effort, especially when there is no reception desk at the hotel. We had to go to restaurant Amigo about 200m away. If your criterion is just to get to a new and tidy hotel (good bed), I can recommend it. But if you expect the equipment level this does not meet expectations - yet. I believe the owner will get things done. ||||Same in finnish||Huoneistohotelli oli aivan uusi ja siisti MUTTA... huonekuvauksessa oli maininta esimerkiksi jääkaapista, mutta sitä ei huoneessa ollut, eikä paljon mitään muutakaan. Huoneesta puuttui kaikki viihtyvyyttä lisäävät asiat. Ei lukulamppua sängyn vierellä, ei yöpöytää johon laittaa silmälasit ,vesilasin, kirjan yms. Tavarat piti laittaa lattialle. Kylpyhuoneen kosmetiikka oli vain saippua (kuvauksessa oli "luksuskosmetiikka") Olisin myös kaivannut esitteitä hotellin palveluista, karttaa, ohjeita, yms. Edes vesilasi olisi ollut tarpeellinen. Huoneessa oli tilava kaappi ripustaa vaatteet, mutta vain kolme hengaria. Saimme asioita kyllä hoitumaan mukavan henkilökunnan kanssa, mutta se vain vei paljon aikaa ja vaivaa, varsinkin kun vastaanottotiskiä hotellilla ei ole. Jouduimme asioimaan ravintola Amigossa noin 200m päässä. Jos kriteerisi on vain päästä uuteen ja siistiin hotelliin (hyvä sänky) , voin suositella. Mutta jos odotat varustelutasoa tämä ei vastaa odotuksia, vielä. Omistaja tekee ...

The Villa consist of 7 rooms on 3 floors and is located approx 200 meters from the main building (Amigo Apartments) where the breakfast is served. The rooms have a small terrasse viewing the sea, a nice place to sit in the afternoon. A place to hang wet swimming gear and towels is missing. Nice small swimming pool at the Villa.||The staff was nice and friendly. The restaurant served good food and excellent local wine.||Sunbeds are available for the residents on the beach and are free of charge but do not have any mattress and you have to bring your own towel. Nice small beaches and very clean water. Remember shoes...

You have to see it live in Person the pictures just show a tiny bit of how awesome the place is...we had a very pleasant stay :) it was my Birthday Trip... they managed to surprise we with a local red wine... so grateful for that. From the service to the breakfast, the rooms, The spa area there's nothing wrong that i can say about it. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.. no regrets garanteed!!! :)
