Polo Villa & Suites — Hotel in Općina Podstrana

We stayed one week at Polo Villa & Suites and it was absolutely fantastic.||Veronica and Mirko who are taking care of the Villa are amazing hosts. The Villa is divided into 3 apartments, 2 on the ground floor (1 bedroom I think), one of the first floor, a three bedrooms apartment where we stayed with my family, and the last one on the second floor where the hosts live. ||The apartment is very well designed and furnished and you will find everything you need as it's well equipped with high quality item. The balcony is huge and overlooks the pool and you can enjoy sunny breakfast and lunch. The pool is perfect and you have sunbeds and even a fatboy going to the pool which was so nice to get some tan!! ||8 minutes from the apartment you will find a shop Tommy where you can find all product you need it you want to cook at home (there is even a BBQ on the large Balcony)||12 minutes from the apartment you will find the Bus stop (60) going to the city center (old town) in 20-25 minutes or you can also call a taxi if you prefer.||You also have a beach nearby but we were so much enjoying the pool that we didn't have time to go there!||The host are really amazing and will give you lots of tips to visit Split and the islands / towns around. They have created a little booklet with all information needed. And in case you need additional information they will help you for sure.||Again we had an AMAZING stay and I highly recommend Polo Villa & Suites.||Thanks a lot to Veronica, Mirko, Anne and Marko for this wonderful...

If you are looking for a relaxed holiday with a very high standard of accommodation then look further, we rented the family suite for a week at the Polo Villa and were not disappointed. Mirko and Veronica were lovely hosts and even laid on a BBQ for us which was a lovely touch. The villa’s location isn’t the best but if you have car or do not mind a 15 min walk to the bus stop then there are plenty of options available. The beach and restaurants are around 25 mins walk but there isn’t a huge choice in the local area. Once the development work on Podstrana is complete we will definitely consider returning, mainly for the villa and...

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub.Die Gastgeber Mirco und Veronika sind sehr freundliche,liebe Menschen,die es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht haben,ihren Gästen zu einem unvergesslichen Urlaub zu verhelfen. Bei uns hat es geklappt.Wir wurden beim Arztbesuch unterstützt,haben Strand,Parkplatz und Restauranttips erhalten und manche schöne Abende mit Mircos exzellentem Wein verbracht.Alles wurde möglich gemacht.Hier fühlt man sich echt zu Hause.Die Wohnungen sind geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und ausgestattet.Und vor allem...SUPERSAUBER.Wohlfühlfaktor und damit Entspannungsfaktor unbezahlbar!! Wir hatten die kleinste Wohnung mit einem Schlafraum für 2 Wochen gemietet.Unsere Kinder schliefen im Wohnbereich,eines auf der Couch,eines auf einem Zustellbett.Es war etwas eng,aber total ausreichend,verbringt man eh die meiste Zeit am großen Pool oder der schönen Terrasse.Auch um 12.00 Uhr noch im Pool baden war kein Problem. Im Gemüsegarten Tomaten naschen oder die Waschmaschine der Vermieter nutzen-kein Problem.Unsere Kinder haben sich direkt wie zuhause gefunden und das ein oder andere Eis von Mirco spendiert bekommen. Die Strände in Podstrana sind wunderschön,wobei wir immer mit dem Auto loszogen,da uns der Strand direkt vor Ort zu sehr besucht war.Jedoch waren wir auch in der Hauptferienzeit,im August da. Split ist tatsächlich in 15 min.mit dem Auto erreichbar.So eine beeindruckende und geschichtsträchtige Stadt...mit tollem Flair...engen Gässchen...und einem wahnsinns Nachtleben.Wer shoppen mag,ist in einer der riesigen Malls super aufgehoben. Aber es gibt noch mehr sehenswerte Orte ..z.B Trogir oder Omiš...
