We arrived late, very late, but the gentleman who checked us in, even though it was 1130 at night was extremely helpful, kind and polite. He very nicely asked what our plans were and when we told him we were touring the lakes the next day he asked us if we already had tickets because during the busy season they routinely sell out.||||We did not buy them in advance and were worried our trip out here had been ruined. However he very helpfully explained if we arrived at the ticket office first thing in the morning we might be able to get tickets for the park. His advice saved the day! It worked perfectly and we had a wonderful time.||||The room was exceptional too.
