This was my second time here and it confirmed my initial impression. In general I liked it here, that is why I went for the second time :)|Descriptions of facilities on the website is excellent but reality is not as fancy as they are marketing it to be. |Stuff are trying and some are genuinely nice and friendly, but some are better to avoid if you want to have a pleasant stay. In my opinion they are just overworked but it could be something else. |Apartments are not looking nice and clean inside as they are looking nice from outside. Hotel rooms are nice (although I don’t see the point of the glass wall between the room and bathtub).||For me there are two big aspects where they can improve. ||FOOD - first of all I love that they have nicely marked all allergens for everyone to see. And it is done with taste. |However if you are vegetarian or vegan there is such a small option of what you can eat. For the standard of the hotel they are, they should definitely offer bigger option of vegan food, especially nowadays when there are many people opting for a healthy lifestyle. Of course, they offer salats and fruits - all cold from the fridge?! But cooked options are VERY limited. One day for dinner we were able to eat french fries or mash potatoes from whole menu. And some guest used the spoon from the meatballs to serve himself meshed potatoes, so that was out as an option. |So my suggestion is to SEPARATE vegetarian/vegan menu from non-veg as a must and to broaden variety of dishes for vegan/vegetarian guests.||One more thing - Yoga. 3 mornings in the week they offer ‘yoga and mindfulness’ that is lead by fitness trainer. Stretching and yoga are two different things! So called yoga teacher doesn’t know what yoga is or how to teach it, or how to correct people who have problems, and in this way he is representing yoga in wrong light. Some people come to terme because they have problems, and they come to yoga and they can get hurt by non-experienced teacher. He is good fitness trainer and very charismatic, and for his and guests benefit, he should stick to what he knows well. Again stretching and exercise is not yoga. |So my suggestion is either employ a qualified yoga teacher or change the name from ‘yoga and mindfulness’ to ‘morning stretching’ or something similar. ||One nice thing they implemented this year is, if you opt for not changing your bedsheet or towels for a day, you get a free warm drink in a bar (smiley) Eco-conscious...

Read more🟡 As hotels/resorts go, this is a 3 star resort AT BEST. 🟢 Staff is friendly, as all staff in a hotel is, and capable. Feel free to ask anything and make any requests. 🟡 Rooms are typical hotel rooms. Beds are typically synthetic, although comfortable. 🟡Apartments are ok as far as space goes, but you get only the most basic kitchen stuff which is often not enough for your needs. 🟡Food is mediocre. 🔴You have to buy drinks when you come to lunch/dinner. The drinks ARE NOT included in the price of the stay. There isn't even a place where you can pour yourself a glass of water. And the prices of drinks are higher than in a Cafe. 🔴🔴The whole apartment complex is very poorly illuminated. The whole parking lot is in the dark, as well as the stairs to the upper floor apartments. If you come during winter when it's dark at 5pm it's a real problem. 🔴Be careful, some apartments are on the first floor. If you have a baby or are in a wheelchair, reserve the ground floor apartment. 🔴 Getting there is a chore, you have 45min of highway and then 45min of mountain roads. 🔴Reception and pools are connected with a tunnel. So if you can to the pool from the main building without going outside. BUT!! You need a bracelet that you get only if you are staying in the hotel. And you find that out when you get to ramp which is in the MIDDLE of the tunnel. You get a different bracelet when you stay in the apartments which doesn't open the ramp. ALSO!! If you do stay in the hotel but are in a wheelchair you will find out there are stair in this tunnel, but only when you get to the middle of it. 🔴There are no benches in the pool locker rooms where you can sit or put down your stuff. 🔴🔴 There is NO ENTERTAINMENT for kids above 7 years old. Besides the pool. Smaller kids have a play room, but larger kids get a "Game room" which is night club that closed during the day and in which they have a darts board, broken pool table and a table football. It looks creepy so feel free to avoid it. 🔴Reception is really hard to find. The whole complex is very big and there are no signs pointing to where you need to go. You just drive around and hope you see something. 🟢Pools are good. A nice indoor pool with a great heated part in which you can go out during winter. Outside pools are also good. So at leats in regards to pools, you get your money's worth. ➡️ Visit, but there's no need to stay more than...
