Hotel Well Terme Tuhelj — Hotel in Općina Tuhelj

Very mediocre hotel, when we arrived we asked for another key to the room, and the person who faced me at the reception was really not nice with an angry face and without thinking twice answered us no. Regarding to the room, we booked a room for three adults, and received a double bed and a folding bed for a small child. The bed was really uncomfortable and I didn't sleep all night because my legs were longer than the length of the bed. The beds were next to each other because the size of the room was very small. The shower room was about three meters by one meter, the toilet was adjacent to the shower and the sink, and in order to wash your hands you have to close the door. The air conditioner didn't work, so we had to open the window for air and cold, and straight away, flies entered the room that harassed the entire stay there, the door handle was broken and in the second night the light bulb fell from the lamp. In conclusion, I do not recommend taking a room there for three adults, and also people who like the room to be large, this is not for you, it is a hostel-level room. As for the dining room, the dining room is large, but the acoustics are terrible, every person who speaks is heard loudly, the food itself is reasonable minus, a lot of dry foods at a level that does not pass through the throat. The drinking machine was broken, and the water tasted like chlorinated tap water. As for the pools that make the hotel so famous, there are many pools but the slides were closed, the reception claimed "because it was already cold", even though it was promised that they will be working. We stayed for two nights at the Hotel Well. The rooms are great. They are big and spacious and they have everything you need. The only problem is if you are situated in one of the back complex then you have a bit of a walk to get to the pool and restaurant.

We stayed in September and it was already cold a bit so we just used the inside pools and they were fantastic. There were not so many people visiting soo we could really enjoy ourself.

The pools are great, and if you have kids they will enjoy it. They have a big olympic pool, small one with warm wather and a big one you can walk around and it is connected to outside.

The restaurant is awesome and it is a buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner but the selection is big and you can choose from a wide variety of food. Just be careful because you have to pay for drinks during lunch and dinner extra but you can charge it to your room.

They have a kids club where we went every day. It is big and specious but and it is cool if you need to relax with your kid. They also have an animation team but we didn't get a chance to participate in their activities.

You also got spa if you need a massage or sauna if you just need to relax. 😎

Only drawback I saw was the fitness area. The machines are pretty old and some of them didn't work. Also the space is pretty small to do anything.

Also if you like to walk or hike there are a couple of great hiking trails around just be careful not to get lost in the forest. 😂

We are right now at this hotel and it was bad even since we got here When we arrived we've seen a beautiful lobby and a lot of things for kids but as soon as we got to the rooms they were crazily Tiny and not fitted to 2 persons, a very small bathrooms and bed rooms. We are in this hotel for 3 nights and in the first 2 we had to go to the lobby a few times to change our door keys because they stopped working for no reason (we weren't putting the phone close to the door keys) On the night of the first day as well the toilet kept flushing water non stop when we went to the desk to tell them about it they'll say they'll take care of it in the morning but when I've went to the desk to remind them they didn't even knew what I was talking about, afterwards they did went to fix the toilet but until now when you're flushing water it's not working well. On the evening of the second day the water heat all over the hotel stopped working. Since around 18 pm until the next day around 8 am there wasn't hot water for a major part of the rooms and the pool. In this hotel there is a big dining room with great food but there is no free water which I find a bit strange (as well you can't ask for tap water in the dining room).
