Scam and Theft. 18 may 2024

I made a reservation with the right to a refund and date change, and confirmed it upon arrival. I planned to stay for 4 nights, but on the same day, I decided to change the date and stay only one night because I didn't like the room. They told me I would receive a refund of 225 euros on my card. They gave me a receipt, and I have all the conversations saved with the owner.

However, I never received the refund. This is outright theft and a scam. When I return to Croatia, I will file a formal complaint for fraud against this place.

Be very careful! They not only scam with credit cards but could also enter your rooms and make your belongings disappear. Avoid this place...

I do not recommend this place. It is very dirty, the water is contaminated, and there were cockroaches in the premises, which affected the food. I canceled the following days, and they accepted.
