This is the worst hotel you can imagine. ||The staff is super rude, doesn’t speak English well, enters your room without permission and when you complain you get called the worst names in the world and get asked to leave.||||This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life and I went all over the globe. I have great Croatian friends but the manager sebastijan from Zagreb is the worst person in the entire world I have ever met. ||||If you don’t agree that they can not take a complaint he will call police on you and tell you next day to leave. ||||Music playing until midnight very loud no change to sleep or rest. And breakfast is absolutely discussing. ||||Also you pay for sea view and you actually look on the trees of the restaurant. I think they don’t know what is sea view.||||Anyway I leave it up to you but this experience was costing me too much not ti leave this review.||||Bye sebastijan and bye...

Can not say thank you enough to the whole team at Hotel Zane!

My wife Annabel and I had our wedding here and everyone was so accommodating, warm, and welcoming. It felt like FAMILY. Sebastian and Co constantly went above and beyond our expectations to make things special.

Food and drinks were great, all our guests felt comfortable and they were generous with lots of Rakija!

We’ll be back every year to celebrate our anniversary with our new family at...

Avis mitigé… accueil agréable à l’arrivée, on pouvait se garer juste devant l’hôtel 👍, chambre bien. Dîner assez catastrophique le soir ( une assiette de poissons à 60€ pour deux plus que bof! Et qui ne valait pas ce prix. Alors que que nous avions toujours mangé du bon poisson depuis 15 jours dans les Balkans). Nous sommes descendus au petit déjeuner à 9h10, et la réceptionniste nous a dit « you missed the breakfast ! » en pointant du doigt un petit tableau au mur indiquant que le petit dej était entre 7h30 et 9h. Comme une maîtresse d’école 😁. J’ai demandé si on pouvait au moins prendre un café à la machine à café, et elle est quand même allée nous chercher deux tasses. Comme il y avait des yaourts dans le petit frigo vitré j’ai demandé en cuisine si je pouvais avoir deux cuillers. Et je suis tombée sur une jeune fille adorable et souriante, qui nous a proposé avec beaucoup de gentillesse de nous faire des œufs au bacon, et elle nous a sorti du pain et des croissants qui restaient.. vraiment adorable et très pro, car ce n’était effectivement pas compliqué de nous rendre heureux 😄. Surtout qu’il restait encore deux familles en salle, qui finissaient de manger. Donc le personnel devait attendre pour vider les tables.
