Hostel Plus — Hotel in Vinkovci

Trenutno vjerojatno najbolji restoran u gradu, što nije izjava koju ću olako izreći. Men je relatvino kratak, ima fiksni dio i dio koji se dnevno mijenja ovisno o sezoni i namirnicama. Iako većina jela nisu tradicionalna za ovo podneblje, sva su tehnički gotovo savršeno izvedena. Ekipa koja vodi Hostel je mlada i puna kreativnih ideja i entuzijazma, što se apsolutno osjeti u kuhinji i posluzi. Osim mesnih jela, svaki meni sadrži i barem jedno vegetarijansko jelo, a susretljiva vlasnica će rado smisliti nešto vegetarijansko na licu mjesta ako se za to pokaže potreba. Bonus je prekrasna intimna terasa u dvorištu u kojoj su postigli nevjerojatno ugodnu atmosferu s puno cvijeća i zelenila i nešto gotovo neizvedivo za većinu ugostitelja, ugodnu glazbu koja je optimalno glasna da stvara pozadinsku atmosferu bez da ometa razgovor. Osim jela u objektu, nude i dostavu koja je uvijek brza. Porcije su jako dobro izbalansirane i zasitne, pogotovo kada se uzme i juha. Jedina zamjerka je vrlo slaba ponuda deserata, ali se nadam da će u budućnosti poraditi i na tome. U svakom slučaju najtoplija preporuka i lokalcima i gostima!

Currently provably the best restaurant in town, a statement I'll not give lightly. Menu is relatively short and has a fixed part and daily changing part, depending on season and ingredients. Altough most meals are not local, they are all almost perfectly executed. The team behind the Hostel is young and full of enthusiasm and creative ideas, which is very much felt in the food and service. Each daily menu contains at least one vegetarian meal and friendly owner will gladly make some new vegetarian combination should the occasion ask for it. A lovely and intimate terrace is an added bonus. In it they achieved incredibly comfy atmosphere with lot of green and flowers but also something almost impossible for most caterers, great music that is optimaly loud to make a background atmosphere without being too loud to disturb the conversation. You cal also have meals delivered and it is always quick. Portions are well balanced and filling, specially when you also have a soup. Only complaint is a really modest desert offer but I hope they will do something about that in the nearer future. Warmest reccomendation to both...

The food was incredibly good! Do not miss. The garden is very pleasant, with tasteful music and cozy greenery lay out. The rooms we had overlook the garden so no quiet time until 10 pm. It's VERY loud, especially on Friday. Many thanks to the big friendly guy from staff for humoring grandmother's request to give her a piece of hydrangea to propagate. He also went out of his way to find us a flower shop which is not an easy task...

Best food by far in Vinkovci! Happy bowl is incredible, same as American style pancakes. Ambient is so warm, service five star and food is prepared with love, you can taste it. If you find yourself in this town don’t miss this place ❤️ Highly recommend and will...
