Balcones Habana Vieja — Hotel in Cuba

We spent 4 wonderful nights here (May 18-22, 2024). From the moment we arrived (midnight) we were warmly greeted and welcomed by Teky! Who we then saw every morning as he prepared a delicious breakfast, with so many offerings. Always with a smile and so attentive. Once he learned we were pescatarians, he ensured all our plates met our dietary needs. Lisset & Nachira, were so lovely and took great care and service in our beautiful guestroom each day. The house is full of character and old charm and so well maintained by this efficient team. Dailin, the Manager was always available to assist with questions regarding their business, the area, as well as arranged a taxi for us on our last day to get to bus station. The guestrooms are so well appointed in this luxury style hostel. And the location in the Old Historic Havana is incredible and can walk everywhere with ease and so much to see & do. We are so grateful to the staff and thank everyone for making our Anniversary trip to Cuba/Havana so special. We hope to return some day. Wishing you continued success in all...

I stayed three nights at Balcones and it was wonderful. The interior of the building is clean and beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice shower with hot water. The employees are very attentive and kind. This place was a wonderful retreat after spending a hot day on the streets of Havana. I definitely recommend this place for your visit to Cuba. Thank...
