Very Disappointing – Not Worth the Money!

We stayed at the hotel for just a few hours, but that was more than enough to realize it’s not a place worth returning to. The service was poor and unwelcoming, and the overall vibe was one of disrespect toward guests and a clear attempt to squeeze money out of everything.

The room itself was poorly maintained – especially the bathroom, which was dangerously slippery and felt unsafe to use. On top of that, the shower hose didn’t work at all, making our short stay even more uncomfortable. We didn’t contact the front desk since we were there for a short time, but a basic level of maintenance should be expected regardless.

We won’t be coming back, and we don’t recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of other places that actually respect their guests and...

Hi everyone I am from UK , recently came from their, they charge from customers £130 per night, they are saying 3 stars hotel, 3 stars for those people living there they don’t know about 3 stars international criteria, they not match the 3 stars international criteria, but charging like 3 stars hotel but facilities like 1 star , if they want charge £130 per night give the facilities like international hotels, food and rooms are not good according to they charge the money from customers, language barrier problem hardly one or two people speak English in the hotel staff during my two days stay, I have no any personally issue with hotel, I am just share my experience and aware to people those travelling from abroad to this...

Don't stay here, many other places much better even if lower stars. |By the time I came down to breakfast, the few food warmers were empty, including the one cereal. Only one staff at breakfast who ignored me as I thought I had to give room no on entry. Dinner like breakfast was was not worth coming down for.|My balcony looks onto someone's roof, not worth an extra 10 euros. |No complimentary toiletries in bathroom.
