We tried to organize a wedding party at the rooftop, along with reserving hotel rooms and a villa for August. Throughout this process, we were dealing with Marius, whose behavior was nothing short of shockingly unprofessional and rude and dismissive.
Despite repeatedly communicating our frustration over their complete lack of responsiveness, we continued in good faith based on their verbal promises that everything was secured. We invited guests and made preparations relying on their word.
At the last moment, they unilaterally canceled our event, claiming this was somehow our decision—an outrageous and false statement. Not only did Marius raise his voice and yell over the phone, but he also made sarcastic, dismissive comments about the matter being “for 350 euros,” showing blatant disrespect and zero regard for the impact on us.
To this day, management has done absolutely nothing, despite being notified multiple times. No apology. No follow-up. No accountability. Is this how you expect to run a business? I have no words.
This is the worst experience with any venue or hotel I have ever had. Their behavior is unprofessional, dishonest, and utterly careless.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do NOT do business with them. They have caused us significant inconvenience, embarrassment, and stress.

I had a truly awful experience with Liv & Co Complex Suites in Oroklini, and I feel compelled to warn others, especially professionals, to stay far away.
We were planning an event for a month and a half, and sent invitations to our guests after the manager promised that everything was settled for us. However, his behaviour shifted and was absolutely horrific after the first meeting. He consistently ignored emails, messages, and phone calls, making it nearly impossible to communicate or plan anything properly. When he did respond (once), he made empty promises he couldn’t keep, leaving us completely stranded and disrespected.
All we wanted is to pay a deposit and finalize the deal for our event. In the final phone call we had with him, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and utterly unprofessional. It’s shocking that someone running a hospitality business could show so little regard for basic courtesy, let alone for professional collaborations.
We tried every possible way to reach out, to find solutions, to keep things smooth, but were met with silence (not only from the manager, but the WHOLE TEAM of Liv & Co). Their arrogance, and carelessness, was an incredibly stressful experience and completely unacceptable towards us.

There are not enough words for to say how amazing our stay was. Every single member of the staff was was amazing but I will mention a couple who were above and beyond. First off was management Sylvia and Marius treated us superbly and hands down made our stay amazing. I honestly now consider these two amazing individuals friends and family. Next was Suzy, the joy and generosity that this lady brought to our stay was amazing.
