Kapsalia Holiday Villas — Hotel in Pissouri Municipality

We stayed in Villa No. 4 ||||We arrived on a late flight, and Panekos, the owner, arranged for us to gain access to the property late at night. ||||On arrival, we were stunned by the peaceful silence as we had a late night drink by our private swimming pool.||||Panekos is an efficient, affable and unobtrusive host and goes out of his way to be helpful. For example, we hadn't hired a car before travelling. Panekos made the necessary phone calls on the first day, and arranged for us to have a rented car brought to the villa at a very reasonable price and without fuss from a local Esso garage. (Do bear in mind that a car is advisable for access to a decent supermarket, the beach and Pissouri village.(||||Panekos checks on the cleanliness of the pool every morning. His staff clean and carry out linen changes weekly.||||We loved the fact that the washing machine worked perfectly - a pleasure when one is travelling light.|| ||||One very minor niggle is that some of the crockery and kitchen utensils are now showing signs of wear and tear and need replacing. How the TV works remains an enigma. But we didn't come to Pissouri to watch TV, so hardly a problem.||||For us, the appeal of Pissouri is that it is so quiet. One week before we flown to Cyprus in May, our accommodation arrangements has changed so we had to look at Booking.com for accommodation. That’s when we booked a Kapsalia Apartment. We didn’t arrive in Pissouri until 23:15 ( we originally booked that flight because we were just going to drive to my late mother in law’s house, but thanks to the executor which was not a family relative, this didn’t happen, even though it was pre arranged with him before we booked the flights!). ||Anyway, when we arrived in Pissouri, we couldn’t find the Kapsalia apartment, so we had to phone Panikos. Bless him he had met us near the Greek Orthodox church in Pissouri square and led us to Apartment 3.||||The accommodation was really clean, the place was peaceful and very near to the shops, restaurants and the beach. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa (both en suite) and has a downstairs toilet. The villa comes with a private pool. I will highly recommend staying in their apartments. Panikos was really really helpful and always go above and beyond to make your stay a comfortable and a memorable one!...

Villa No1. Paid €3000 cash, to stay at this place for a month. September 2022, (On recommendation) It's rundown, dirty. After the first 2 weeks, no cleaning was done, no bins emptied. This place is a filthy disgrace.|The fridge was damaged and we wouldn't dare use the cooker, it was disgusting.
